GBPoor service of GoSatellite to correct fault they said… Had them out to correct fault they said it was interference and could do nothing about it got another company out to check Satallite direct fixed the problem by adjusting the dish and we now have great picture and channels we never had before I would avoid GoSatellite ad they do not know what they are doing but they still charged me for the call out

CAGreat After Care I agree with Big Daddy. GO Satellite doesn't deal with hacking and wont support it, but they don't turn their back on you when you decide to do it yourself. They will advise that you use it for true FTA, but come on we all know what is going on. I have purchased over 50 receivers from this company to sell locally in my market, and I am not stupid to think that my customers aren't doing the same thing. I tell my customer's straight up that if they hack it, they void their warranty. You download anything to it because you haven't educated yourself, you are responsible. They get that, and I send the item to GO Satellite and they take care of me. Lorna in Service is great to deal with. We all need to be more straight up about what we are really wanting and stop blaming everyone else for our mistakes. I agree Big Daddy, nothing in life is for free! Take some ownership on what you are doing and get it fixed, then make your own decisions as what you want to do with it from that point, but stop blaming everyone else for your lack of knowledge in the downloading situation.

GBpoor service Canceled order after they said it wasn't in stock (12 hrs after placing order) according to their website policy, which is in writing. Waited 4 days to get an email that said I should have never received the email nor should my account have the same info on it as it was in stock, and was ready to ship. My account was updated to ready to ship. Next morning received another email with tracking number for fedex but the tracking link given was for UPS. After figuring out how it was shipped. checked tracking info. Item was sent out after 24hrs from the time that the cancel order had been sent to them, and 4 days earlier then when I got any tracking info. Called fedex and had the item stopped refused and sent back to company. Called company and gave them the case number for the stopped package. Waiting for refund still...

CAone step above a ponzi scheme Ordered a sv 360 premier and necessary accessories, arrived in a timely manner. But when i hooked up the reciever and before i could even get to the necessary screens....it froze. 4 emails later...I "obviously" "hacked" the reciever ( by pressing "on") and therefore no exchanges and no refunds. Although I have been a enthusiastic fta used for quite awhile, if you're going to use "gosatellite" just burn your money. At least no one wil be laughing at you to your face.

CAGOsatellite and Nfusion rock! I called and was taken care of by Robert. He sold me a Nfusion HD with a wireless bridge. It's an awesome receiver with an amazing picture quality!!
