GBReceived used devise I ordered a new Sonicview 8000HD receiver but I a received a defective unit, more than one year old, with illegal software (hacked). Originally, I requested replacement and after lengthy communication GoSatellite.com offered a RMA requiring me to pay about $25 for shipping. I am no longer interested to receive any goods from this supplier and I am seeking a complete refund. I will never again place an order at GoSatellite.com.

CAExcellent Service Received. Above and beyond I totally disagree with mtn doc. Come on guys, we all know what is going on! EVERYONE Is hacking their receivers, and you want everyone else to be responsible but yourself. I hacked mine, and I sent it in and for a small price they fixed it up and sent it back to me. I had a great experience with them and got a working product after I sent it back. Obviously you want to get television for free and don't want to pay for it and why would you want to pay for it when you screw it up yourself? I had no issues with this company and I even had an issue with my 8psk and they sent me a new one for free with no problems, I just paid shipping. You don't get into FTA if you don't want something for free, and sadly mtn doc, you want everything for free including someone to pay for your screwups. Where did you go for your file downloads? And don't tell me that you didn't download anything to it. That is a crock of crap. I'd say do more research on FTA cause I know and you know that you don't get anything in life for free.

CALove my Nfusion, will do business with GO Satellite again There was a bit of a backorder, but I knew that buying it. They came in, were shipped fast, and I got a damn good product. What more can I ask for? Will buy from this company again. Have before, will again.

GBpoor service Canceled order after they said it wasn't in stock (12 hrs after placing order) according to their website policy, which is in writing. Waited 4 days to get an email that said I should have never received the email nor should my account have the same info on it as it was in stock, and was ready to ship. My account was updated to ready to ship. Next morning received another email with tracking number for fedex but the tracking link given was for UPS. After figuring out how it was shipped. checked tracking info. Item was sent out after 24hrs from the time that the cancel order had been sent to them, and 4 days earlier then when I got any tracking info. Called fedex and had the item stopped refused and sent back to company. Called company and gave them the case number for the stopped package. Waiting for refund still...

GBDefective equipmment, poor customer service I recieved my ultra 500 defective and when ive tried several times to contact them to get an RMA number to do a return when i finally got my RMA number it was too late. It was past the time period for return or exchange. Everytime I told them it was defective they were rude and also said i didnt know what i was doing even though all i did was press on and you could clearly see the item was defective due to the fuzzy background, when i had them talk to my professional insatller who had been doing his job for over ten yrs they even said he didnt know what he was doing. All around just a poor company and i would never do business with them again. The return or exchange policy stinks! Complete wast of time when you should have sent me a good product. I actally purchased a new FTA reciever from another company. Thanks but no thanks gosattelite. I should have read your poor reviews before i bought from you.
