I recently ordered My Princess Bride limited Edition swords from Urban Collector and I guarantee you I will be ordering from them again in the future. Not only did they beat the competition on price, but the customer service was thru the roof. There was an issue/delay with the manufacturer that was completely out of Urban Collectors control. Not only did Jeff respond promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, but he was proactive in finding the solution and resolving my issue. I now have my products which are amazing and exactly as described. I also have an appreciation for Urban Collector as they did exactly what they said and more. They have a customer for life. Its tough to find someone to not only keep their word, but to do so without prodding and also to put up with me bothering them (They did so with a smile). There aren't enough Stars for me to rate them here.

wonderful customer service and products i have purchased items several times with urban collector, and couldn't be happier with the customer service, pricing, super fast shipping and quality of product. my son was absolutely thrilled with his super mario costume in october (thank you for the fast shipping!) and was equally as thrilled with his recent christmas gifts. we will be back in 2011!

used & soiled opened item recd order# 70967 item #rub880369std Saturday Night Fever mens suit costume price $26.97 This item had obviously been opened & shoved back in bag & taped closed, the top of the bag had been torn the item was wrinkled & soiled & had obviously been used before & sold to me as new they only give you 24 hrs onthe packung slip to complain, & have terrible reviews for custservice, so why bother their site has no link to send written complaints now I have to have this 3 piece suit dry cleaned, & do not trust the 2 wigs to be new, $55.10 wasted purchased other items from Wholesale Halloween Costumes & they came sealed & new
