What a joke and money grab What a joke, I got a 6 month gift and after I opened the 1st box I told the gift giver to send this crap box back and get your money back. Garbage cigars and the travel bag is even a bigger joke. Everything about this is cheep and tacky, once you realize you are getting garbage cigars not to mention the god-awful accessories and worse the soft case that can’t even keep its shape that would get you laughed out of anywhere you went with it. You would be better off buying cigars a cheep verity pack from a cigar shop or a good box of cigars they smoke from an online shop. Better to lose a friend or family member by telling them to return it versus having to smoke those cigars and be seen with their cheep tacky accessories, what a scam.

Not worth it!! Just canceled my subscription after a year! Terrible customer service and web management. Over the summer they started charging for phantom orders that caused me and many other customers unnecessarily aggravation. Then their website changed and I had to register all over again! All this without offering customers any compensation or bonuses. I’m done with them.
