CACanadian Customer They had just started to ship to Canada and I was one of the first to subscribe. There were some issues with shipping but the customer service rep refunded my purchase while still sending out my box. I am sure they will sort out the issues and look forward to receiving more boxes.

GBThe Cigar selections have been great The Cigar selections have been great, shipping always on time and great communication from customer service. I would like to see more information on the cigars, like pictures, tasting notes, and maybe pairing suggestions.

GBMediocre For the most part I’ve enjoyed the cigars that have been sent. However There are two cigars I’ve smoked that I actually liked enough to rate say I would like to “receive again” and yet they have not been re-sent. What’s the point if u won’t even send me what I like

CAI too have been waiting for a shipment… I too have been waiting for a shipment to Canada a Christmas gift purchased for my husband. I had sent an email as we have been waiting for a month and was told our shipment was halted in customs. I see below another Canadians review warranted a response that you had halted all shipping to Canada and refunded the customer. If this is in fact the case I have yet to receive this information nor a refund. So very disappointing!
