Ever since i ordered from them thru reverb.com, i waited 5 days, and they never shipped my boss od-3. Thankfully reverb.com refunded me. But what can't be refunded is the waste of time, and time is money. Screw music toyz.

Despite all the negative reviews I have seen, I must advise that following a screwed non delivery by USPS (completely their mistake) Teddy has been extremely helpful in re-arranging alternative. My only negative is that he is not always easy to contact but I suspect that can be true of many smaller businesses

It is really bad customer service. It is really bad customer service. Never react with emails, msgs on sns. Takes a long time for process. Only contact customers when they need to

A little to sarcastic for my liking I bought a distortion pedal from them that never arrived. I contacted them and they finely sent me another but before I could tell them it had arrived I noticed there reply to my original query which read "Im glad we broke our backs to get you another at our cost" which I thought was sarcastic, and accusatory as if I now had 2 which I don't. If I can get my items elsewhere then I will.

Ordered a Van Zandt pickup UK shipping… Ordered a Van Zandt pickup UK shipping a week ago, order still awaiting fulfilment, made three attempts of communication with Musictoyz over the last week on when the order will be fulfilled with no response (two on website, one on Reverb). If they need to make the pickup then let me know, at least I would know it's on the way and that I don't have to tell my bank. Order ID #34497 if anyone cares.
