5 months and still not received items. I ordered $750 worth of pedals from them, and have not received anything yet. It has been over 5 months now. I have been emailing them about every 2 weeks asking what's going on. Every time I do I get an automated response saying a customer service rep will get back to me in1 business day, but no one has so far. I've contacted my bank and am in the process of doing a charge- back to get my money back so I can finally get these guitar pedals I need. So frustrating!

Never deal with musictoyz.com. I placed an order that was never fulfilled. They never answered my messages or any contact. I had to place an order case at Paypal.com to get a refund, which really took a month, in order to await for a musictoyz answer, which never happened. The reimbursed me after a looong wait. Nover an apology og any message. Awful service. I will never deal again with them, for sure. My worst fear is that I live in Mexico, and I could not do anything to accuse them of fraud, and my money would vanish in their hands. Worst online music retailer. Ordered a Fuzz Phrase which the website said was in stock on 4/12. It's 5/7 and haven't had any follow up, item hasn't been delivered. I sent an email to customer service 10 days ago, never got a response. They charged my card the day after my order though. These guys are awful. Will never shop here again. This place is completely unreliable, and if you're a professional musician - just skip the hassle and shop somewhere else. The best part of this experience will be after I have my bank reverse the charge, and get my money back.

After 1.5 years still no answer and no refund. Avoid them!!! I've made an order from about maybe 1.5 years ago. At first they kept telling me that they will get the guitar parts from the company and then they would send it to me. Couple months later they send me a tracking number which is almost after a year still showing that the parts never left that post office. Since I've been trying to contact them for a refund with no response what so ever. Avoid them at all costs. A fraud case should be opened about them if possible.
