GBWorst online music retailer. Ordered a Fuzz Phrase which the website said was in stock on 4/12. It's 5/7 and haven't had any follow up, item hasn't been delivered. I sent an email to customer service 10 days ago, never got a response. They charged my card the day after my order though. These guys are awful. Will never shop here again. This place is completely unreliable, and if you're a professional musician - just skip the hassle and shop somewhere else. The best part of this experience will be after I have my bank reverse the charge, and get my money back.

GBIlligitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.

GBEasily the worst customer service ever Easily the worst customer service ever. Buyer beware. They won't answer questions, they won't ship, they won't respond.

GBCaveat Emptor! Terrible Customer Service and False Claims. I've had issues with this company in the past - specifically, they advertised items as being in stock when they clearly weren't - and went against my better judgment and attempted to order an item from them once again. It's an item that typically has a waiting list and I just should have known better. Shame on me. Same experience. They sent me an order confirmation and quickly and conveniently took my money, but no communication after nearly two weeks. When I inquired into the status via email - you got it - no response. After reading other reviews, I see that this is not an uncommon pattern for them, so it's not just me. I just filed a claim with my bank for a refund as I am no longer interested in dealing with Musictoyz in any fashion. Be careful when ordering or avoid them entirely so as to sidestep any potential unpleasantries.

GBBe Careful These guys put gear on their website for sale that they do not have, and may not be able to get. I placed an order, paid in full for the item (Pay Pal, fortunately) plus 2nd day shipping. Their system sent a confirmation and tracking number and said it shipped, but UPS had no record of it-only that a label had been created. My email asking about it was unanswered, so I called, only to find out that they did not actually have the item, and did not have any prospects of getting it. They refunded my payment immediately, but meanwhile no product nearly a month later, while sitting on my money the whole time. If it seems like they have something you want, be sure to confirm that they actually have it in stock.
