GBIlligitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.

GB2 stars I would give musictoys a 2 star rating based on the fact that they do offer the finest products. The down side is they don't list product availability when you order. They do inform you that they will process your order within a working day, but they donot inform you if they product is on backorder. When the product fails to arrive in a reasonable time, you can check your order status on their website. Only then you will find your order is on back order. So much for that. The real issue I have with them is that they offer support to answer any questions, and they send you an e-mail informing you that they've recieved your request and have assigned it to a representative that will contact you within one business day. Well they never contact you. And you can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. Which in turn suggests that you as a customer are not important, and they will ignore you. It's too bad that this company which offers such great quality product and other services allow their so called support department to tarnish them.

AU5 months and still not received items. I ordered $750 worth of pedals from them, and have not received anything yet. It has been over 5 months now. I have been emailing them about every 2 weeks asking what's going on. Every time I do I get an automated response saying a customer service rep will get back to me in1 business day, but no one has so far. I've contacted my bank and am in the process of doing a charge- back to get my money back so I can finally get these guitar pedals I need. So frustrating!

GBOrdered two effect pedals, received one Ordered two effect pedals. In two weeks of sending him emails I finally got on the phone with him. He lied he had them, he lied he was gonna send it asap. In fact, he never had them and he had to back order from manufactures. After almost 3-week wait I asked him to cancel the order few times - never happened. Instead . he sent me ONLY ONE pedal. I spent all day to get in touch with him just to hear, that the other item is OUT OF STOCK. Shameful store, miserable customer care. So messed up, that it must be illegal.

GBCaveat Emptor! Terrible Customer Service and False Claims. I've had issues with this company in the past - specifically, they advertised items as being in stock when they clearly weren't - and went against my better judgment and attempted to order an item from them once again. It's an item that typically has a waiting list and I just should have known better. Shame on me. Same experience. They sent me an order confirmation and quickly and conveniently took my money, but no communication after nearly two weeks. When I inquired into the status via email - you got it - no response. After reading other reviews, I see that this is not an uncommon pattern for them, so it's not just me. I just filed a claim with my bank for a refund as I am no longer interested in dealing with Musictoyz in any fashion. Be careful when ordering or avoid them entirely so as to sidestep any potential unpleasantries.
