Ever since i ordered from them thru reverb.com, i waited 5 days, and they never shipped my boss od-3. Thankfully reverb.com refunded me. But what can't be refunded is the waste of time, and time is money. Screw music toyz.

GBA positive review! Despite all the negative reviews I have seen, I must advise that following a screwed non delivery by USPS (completely their mistake) Teddy has been extremely helpful in re-arranging alternative. My only negative is that he is not always easy to contact but I suspect that can be true of many smaller businesses

GBIlligitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.
