Big Ripoff One of the worst online retailers I have ever encountered in my life and ordered musical instruments from . They sell defective Guitar amps and guitars and accessories. Stay away from these Con Artists they are nothing but a joke, out to get your money.

Despite all the negative reviews I have seen, I must advise that following a screwed non delivery by USPS (completely their mistake) Teddy has been extremely helpful in re-arranging alternative. My only negative is that he is not always easy to contact but I suspect that can be true of many smaller businesses

No communication and customer service skills You can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. WORST SELLER+HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst online music retailer. Ordered a Fuzz Phrase which the website said was in stock on 4/12. It's 5/7 and haven't had any follow up, item hasn't been delivered. I sent an email to customer service 10 days ago, never got a response. They charged my card the day after my order though. These guys are awful. Will never shop here again. This place is completely unreliable, and if you're a professional musician - just skip the hassle and shop somewhere else. The best part of this experience will be after I have my bank reverse the charge, and get my money back.
