5 months and still not received items. I ordered $750 worth of pedals from them, and have not received anything yet. It has been over 5 months now. I have been emailing them about every 2 weeks asking what's going on. Every time I do I get an automated response saying a customer service rep will get back to me in1 business day, but no one has so far. I've contacted my bank and am in the process of doing a charge- back to get my money back so I can finally get these guitar pedals I need. So frustrating!

Never deal with musictoyz.com. I placed an order that was never fulfilled. They never answered my messages or any contact. I had to place an order case at Paypal.com to get a refund, which really took a month, in order to await for a musictoyz answer, which never happened. The reimbursed me after a looong wait. Nover an apology og any message. Awful service. I will never deal again with them, for sure. My worst fear is that I live in Mexico, and I could not do anything to accuse them of fraud, and my money would vanish in their hands. Thsi review is to prevent you form dealing with them, Thank you.

These guys started my paranoia in online shopping These guys started my doubts in online purchasing. Ever since i ordered from them thru reverb.com, i waited 5 days, and they never shipped my boss od-3. Thankfully reverb.com refunded me. But what can't be refunded is the waste of time, and time is money. Screw music toyz.

A little to sarcastic for my liking I bought a distortion pedal from them that never arrived. I contacted them and they finely sent me another but before I could tell them it had arrived I noticed there reply to my original query which read "Im glad we broke our backs to get you another at our cost" which I thought was sarcastic, and accusatory as if I now had 2 which I don't. If I can get my items elsewhere then I will.

Poor Communication Music Toys was unable to fulfill my order. They marked my order as cancelled but did not initiate refund nor did they respond to my many requests for update. After reading several negative reviews regarding bad business practices, I filed a dispute with PayPal to assist in receiving a refund.
