GBDon’t Get Burned By Teddy I ordered a Providence Stampede SOV-2 Overdrive. The pedal came and I wasn’t digging the tone. I called Teddy Rasch the owner and he instructed me to send it back and drop a note in my he box concerning what I’d like to replace it. That was a month ago. USPS takes 3 days to ship a package from ME to VA. I called twice and was told it was on the way. I contacted PayPal today (one month to the day since this whole process started) and a refund was issued immediately. This tells me Teddy lied about ever shipping me the replacement. It bothers me because he seemed like an okay guy on the phone and I went the extra to even include a copy of my buddy Anthony Rosano’s Blues Rock CD in the return package. I won’t do business with MusicToyz again or recommend them to my friends.

GBBe Careful These guys put gear on their website for sale that they do not have, and may not be able to get. I placed an order, paid in full for the item (Pay Pal, fortunately) plus 2nd day shipping. Their system sent a confirmation and tracking number and said it shipped, but UPS had no record of it-only that a label had been created. My email asking about it was unanswered, so I called, only to find out that they did not actually have the item, and did not have any prospects of getting it. They refunded my payment immediately, but meanwhile no product nearly a month later, while sitting on my money the whole time. If it seems like they have something you want, be sure to confirm that they actually have it in stock.

CAA little to sarcastic for my liking I bought a distortion pedal from them that never arrived. I contacted them and they finely sent me another but before I could tell them it had arrived I noticed there reply to my original query which read "Im glad we broke our backs to get you another at our cost" which I thought was sarcastic, and accusatory as if I now had 2 which I don't. If I can get my items elsewhere then I will.

GBThey don't tell you the truth Ordered an item on Sat. When it didn't ship by Tues used their online chat. They stated that they would ship at 5pm and I would have it before Friday. They printed a label but didn't ship. Finally on Sat the post office had a record that the item was received for shipment on Friday. They lied through their teeth. I can't deal with people like that.

GBIlligitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.
