Ordered two effect pedals, received one Ordered two effect pedals. In two weeks of sending him emails I finally got on the phone with him. He lied he had them, he lied he was gonna send it asap. In fact, he never had them and he had to back order from manufactures. After almost 3-week wait I asked him to cancel the order few times - never happened. Instead . he sent me ONLY ONE pedal. I spent all day to get in touch with him just to hear, that the other item is OUT OF STOCK. Shameful store, miserable customer care. So messed up, that it must be illegal.

A little to sarcastic for my liking I bought a distortion pedal from them that never arrived. I contacted them and they finely sent me another but before I could tell them it had arrived I noticed there reply to my original query which read "Im glad we broke our backs to get you another at our cost" which I thought was sarcastic, and accusatory as if I now had 2 which I don't. If I can get my items elsewhere then I will.

Be Careful These guys put gear on their website for sale that they do not have, and may not be able to get. I placed an order, paid in full for the item (Pay Pal, fortunately) plus 2nd day shipping. Their system sent a confirmation and tracking number and said it shipped, but UPS had no record of it-only that a label had been created. My email asking about it was unanswered, so I called, only to find out that they did not actually have the item, and did not have any prospects of getting it. They refunded my payment immediately, but meanwhile no product nearly a month later, while sitting on my money the whole time. If it seems like they have something you want, be sure to confirm that they actually have it in stock.

Ever since i ordered from them thru reverb.com, i waited 5 days, and they never shipped my boss od-3. Thankfully reverb.com refunded me. But what can't be refunded is the waste of time, and time is money. Screw music toyz.
