If they need to make the pickup then let me know, at least I would know it's on the way and that I don't have to tell my bank. Order ID #34497 if anyone cares.

5 months and still not received items. I ordered $750 worth of pedals from them, and have not received anything yet. It has been over 5 months now. I have been emailing them about every 2 weeks asking what's going on. Every time I do I get an automated response saying a customer service rep will get back to me in1 business day, but no one has so far. I've contacted my bank and am in the process of doing a charge- back to get my money back so I can finally get these guitar pedals I need. So frustrating!

They don't tell you the truth Ordered an item on Sat. When it didn't ship by Tues used their online chat. They stated that they would ship at 5pm and I would have it before Friday. They printed a label but didn't ship. Finally on Sat the post office had a record that the item was received for shipment on Friday. They lied through their teeth. I can't deal with people like that.

Big Ripoff One of the worst online retailers I have ever encountered in my life and ordered musical instruments from . They sell defective Guitar amps and guitars and accessories. Stay away from these Con Artists they are nothing but a joke, out to get your money.

A positive review! Despite all the negative reviews I have seen, I must advise that following a screwed non delivery by USPS (completely their mistake) Teddy has been extremely helpful in re-arranging alternative. My only negative is that he is not always easy to contact but I suspect that can be true of many smaller businesses
