GBIlligitament Musictoyz.com doesn't answer any forms of communication, at least for me. I've tried phone calls, Facebook messenger, and email to no avail. Ordered some pickups a week ago and simply wanted a status and tracking number. I feel like my time, money and trust was wasted here. I'll see what happens, but the gross negligence demonstrated by Musictoyz.com is unprofessional and a waste of time for musicians.

GB2 stars I would give musictoys a 2 star rating based on the fact that they do offer the finest products. The down side is they don't list product availability when you order. They do inform you that they will process your order within a working day, but they donot inform you if they product is on backorder. When the product fails to arrive in a reasonable time, you can check your order status on their website. Only then you will find your order is on back order. So much for that. The real issue I have with them is that they offer support to answer any questions, and they send you an e-mail informing you that they've recieved your request and have assigned it to a representative that will contact you within one business day. Well they never contact you. And you can request the support as many times as you are willing to waste your time doing it. They still will not respond. Which in turn suggests that you as a customer are not important, and they will ignore you. It's too bad that this company which offers such great quality product and other services allow their so called support department to tarnish them.

TRAfter 1.5 years still no answer and no refund. Avoid them!!! I've made an order from about maybe 1.5 years ago. At first they kept telling me that they will get the guitar parts from the company and then they would send it to me. Couple months later they send me a tracking number which is almost after a year still showing that the parts never left that post office. Since I've been trying to contact them for a refund with no response what so ever. Avoid them at all costs. A fraud case should be opened about them if possible.

GBOrdered a Van Zandt pickup UK shipping… Ordered a Van Zandt pickup UK shipping a week ago, order still awaiting fulfilment, made three attempts of communication with Musictoyz over the last week on when the order will be fulfilled with no response (two on website, one on Reverb). If they need to make the pickup then let me know, at least I would know it's on the way and that I don't have to tell my bank. Order ID #34497 if anyone cares.

KRIt is really bad customer service. It is really bad customer service. Never react with emails, msgs on sns. Takes a long time for process. Only contact customers when they need to
