MXVydia is keeping our money Last payment was October, since then, Vydia just stopped making payments, they only said that they are working and updating some internal processes and they will complete that project within the next "few weeks" but for now it's been 4 months and they just keep saying the same.

GBAhhh Vydia.. Ahhh Vydia... the home of the finessing distributor! Has to be the most careless Distributor with accolades. That's cool that you get to host grammy events, it's cool that you act like you're helpful with your clients but if you love honest beings that care for you art... don't pick these guys lol hopefully you're not too blinded by the "russ" and other big artists saying how well they treat them. DUH YOU'RE A CELEBRITY WITH A BASE... But i'll continue on them later First finesse... They take 20% of everything without you knowing but they also make you pay for the memory/storage of the records you upload. So they're taking upfront and backend. So if you're currently in Vydia... just ask them lol when you find out they're taking 20% AND you're paying annually for storage lol who does that? Who doesn't let their clients know that they're taking 20% (Watch them say... "it's in the fine print" lol how can use finesse thousands of artists and smile) Second finesse, they're "invite-only" system is what blesses their eco-system. Anytime you send out splits for a song, it automatically makes the person receiving the splits a client. I won't mention my experience as I can't allow them to figure out who I am for the time-being but a bunch of us will be leaving our experiences of Vydia when things get more comfortable with us. Third finesse (A LIST ARTISTS)... They get big artists to do deals with them and act like they'll do the same for other artists. Let me break it down for ya... They use their top 1% of artists to finesse the remaining 99% to act like they do anything for you. The 1% of artists DONT have the same deal as the remaining 99% of artists but like stated... their 1% is talking about Vydia like they would do the same with the remaining 99% lol I've been with Vydia for 3 years now, they never pitched my music. EVER. I'll speak on my experience later as I have to protect myself for the time-being. Fourth Finesse: They use PR and form sites to their advantage. Anytime someone speaks on "Distributors" on Reddit for example, there will be a fake fan account of Vydia speaking on how they're an amazing billion dollar company that work with big acts LOL how about you talk about the remaining 99% of artists you're finessing for 20%. Search any form site and you'll see what I'm talking about. I tried to talk internally but now... I understand how pathetic you guys are, keep sucking on money from the developing artists. I'm going to make sure people stand up... Money moves the globe but as you can see with P Diddy, all it takes is one strong being to stand up... I was never a visual person but soon... you'll see how visual I really am. Treat humans like humans, not dogs. *Once my situation gets solved, you'll know exactly who I am. Till then I'll have you guessing but Vydia... you never had to treat me like garbage for years. Especially when you did absolute NOTHING for me.*

GBHorrible Experience Horrible Experience! I felt so bad once I sent an email to their customer service to ask if they would take any percentage of the income, and got the answer that they take 35%, without saying it anywhere on the website, if not until the final comfirmation of the upload. Couldn't find this answer even in the FAQs (April 2017). Don't screw up people this way. Waste of Time.

GBAbsolutely horrible experience with… Absolutely horrible experience with Vydia. I have asked them multiple times to update my files, and although after weeks of asking, they did update them on their website itself, none of the changes showed up on the platforms! So ultimately after well over a month, nothing has been done. They don't let you update your own catalogue, and don't get back to you for days or weeks at a time. I would never recommend working with them to anyone. Stay far away. **Update: I have some connections in the business, and because of someone reaching out one of the higher ups in the company called me and personally assured me that he would look into my case, and be my personal point of contact moving forward. He promised to call me the next day to follow up. He never called me, and didn't return my calls afterwards. Nor was the issue resolved in any way. I am still waiting for them to just delete my files so I can move to another distributor. I am beyond frustrated. How a company could treat its clients like this is beyond me.

GBVydia crossed the line I haven’t left a review online in almost 4 years but I have got to say I never honestly seen a company lose so much of its respect and credibility like this one. Not only is the Vydia mobile app non existent now, Years ago you could call Vydia with the contact phone number and a live representative would answer your call and help you with any issues you had at all. I have been waiting over 2 weeks just to simply post a new banner picture for my channel and get rid of a few of my lyric videos so I can post new and more updated versions. None of my emails ever get replied, when you call now some machine answers and hangs up after a brief message. I’m sorry but after being a loyal costumer since 2016, it’s time for me to move forward. It’s clear this company is only a shell of itself and definitely going down hill. And it’s not fair as a paying customer I can no longer manage or edit my video profile. I predict in a few years this company will no longer be running. The competition now for independent video distribution is getting big. Companies like DistroVid and DistroKid have awesome costumer representatives. I know because I use them for music distribution which now I might have to switch to Video distribution as well.
