I would have rated by 1-star I am tempted to give 1-star, because of totally unmonitored website for years. bunch of functionalities have been broken, I have reported all support persons multiple times for about 10+ bugs, and they never ever fixed even simple things. Re-authorization issue for years unfixed. totally ignorant service to users needs

I purchased £40 worth of music I purchased £40 worth of music Clicked next to be taken to the download page and some MSDOS text appeared at the top of the screen and was not presented the download page. When going to my Downloads section Nothing there Beatport have taken my Cash Over 4 days raised 10 support Tickets with their so called support center with not one single reply, Just note saying takes 48 hours for response. Can not believe this company can be allowed to operate like this. Next stop Trading Standards and contact bank to claim back my Money.

Complete joke of a site Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune. Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! GET OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY

The support agents put zero vigor into… The support agents put zero vigor into their work The agent did NOT read my email and assist accordingly The agent (Mariana) did NOT solve my problem The agent has NOT responded to my last email to understand the problem and act accordingly I made another purchase whist making sure the information was correct but I STILL get an incorrect receipt. Apart from that I asked for INVOICES and NOT RECEIPTS WHY SHOULD I KEEP SUPPORTING YOU? **Edit - for the first time in 41 years of being on this planet, I have encountered a company that refuses to provide invoices for purchases made. Inept much? This is a glorified music platform, rather support Juno or Bandcamp
