Complete joke of a site Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune. Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! Outrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans unlike other download music stores online, Beatport goes out of its way to displease its customers by charging outrageous prices of music downloads and monthly streaming subscription plans. Furthermore, I have yet to find an online store that didn't allow you to re-download your purchases indefinitely. Beatport only allows you to download your purchase once or twice. After that you either need to buy that same track again or subscribe to some streaming service that you didn't need and that is at the top tier and outrageously priced. I honestly wonder how in the world this outfit has not gone out of business.

Poor Value, Sluggish to a Standstill The site has always been sluggish, but since recent updates, this has worsened tenfold. Links are broken, or inactive and there seems to be loads of coding issues. 106 errors, 28 warnings on one page alone. It takes several minutes for a single page to load, and tracks don't play when clicked. I can't even access my shopping cart to make a purchase. It is almost completely unusable. I consider the site, broken and in need of urgent repair. As a subscriber, I am considering putting my money elsewhere. I am not getting anywhere near value for money.

I would have rated by 1-star I am tempted to give 1-star, because of totally unmonitored website for years. bunch of functionalities have been broken, I have reported all support persons multiple times for about 10+ bugs, and they never ever fixed even simple things. Re-authorization issue for years unfixed. totally ignorant service to users needs
