Horrible, just atrociously bad! I've tried every concievable DJ streamin service outhere and this was BY FAR, one of THE WORSE experiences i've ever had with a site/company/on-line provider etc. This site is a genuine nightmare. Painfully slow, full of buggs, freezes all the time, GUI is terrible, clunky and full of useless banners, menus are really cumbersome. For a company that's supposed to be at the forefront of DJ's streaming platform, and for the money they charge, their total lack of consideration and interest towards their user's exeperience is quite literally disgusting at the very least. They sleep on their monopoly in the business and just ripp off people, and seem to get away with it. F you, i'm sticking to Apple Music!

Never Buy Anything From Beatport I had purchased Traktor Remix Sets & STEM files from Beatport.com. Due to a personal emergency, I didn't get a chance to download my purchase immediately. Beatport.com without giving me any prior intimation removed all of my purchases from my account & forfeited my rights to download files that I had already purchased from them. I have been running pillar to post in these trying times just to set things right & have run out of options at my end. I will never buy anything from Beatport again.

Complete joke of a site Complete joke of a site, you can't re download tracks that have been previously bought and paid for, also had several instances of buying tracks and it being completely the wrong tune. Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! GET OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY

Poor Value, Sluggish to a Standstill The site has always been sluggish, but since recent updates, this has worsened tenfold. Links are broken, or inactive and there seems to be loads of coding issues. 106 errors, 28 warnings on one page alone. It takes several minutes for a single page to load, and tracks don't play when clicked. I can't even access my shopping cart to make a purchase. It is almost completely unusable. I consider the site, broken and in need of urgent repair. As a subscriber, I am considering putting my money elsewhere. I am not getting anywhere near value for money.

Beatport has lost its way. Beatport has gone from being a relatively decent and useful platform to a poorly managed, greedy enterprise that clearly doesn't listen to, or give a **** about its customers. Between the dreadful 'upgrade' of an already terrible user interface, to increasing the price of tracks to the point that they're now beyond garnering interest or investment. This started with having to pay to download your own purchase history and went from bad to worse. This platform is done for me. If I can't get it on Bandcamp or Amazon (both of whom retain free access to your own purchased back catalogue), I'll simply move onto some other producer and platform that works. I say this as someone who would have spent a considerable amount every month at Beatport, however no more.
