Never Buy Anything From Beatport I had purchased Traktor Remix Sets & STEM files from Beatport.com. Due to a personal emergency, I didn't get a chance to download my purchase immediately. Beatport.com without giving me any prior intimation removed all of my purchases from my account & forfeited my rights to download files that I had already purchased from them. I have been running pillar to post in these trying times just to set things right & have run out of options at my end. I will never buy anything from Beatport again.

Incompetent website Everything used to work just fine. Now Missing tracks from shopping folder I took months to assemble just vanished Serous djs find alternative, more reliable sites. Beatport.com just died.

Beatport could not make a worse… Beatport could not make a worse experience if they tried. Unfortunately me and other DJS end up coming back sometimes if other places don't have the track we are after. It is a frustrating experience every time. Making me log in twice every-time and never keeping me signed in even after clicking the keep signed in button. Login once at main screen, then go to add something to my cart and it makes me sign in again. This is after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load compared to 2 seconds like traxsource. Get your sh** together beatport, this has been happening for years

Overall a great product. 2 improvements will take it to a 5 star As a DJ: Website design and song catalog is amazing. It's easy to find, sample, purchase and download tracks. As a label/artist manager: It's super easy to request and update to the profile picture, bio and also enroll in Beatport Hype. What would take my review to a 5 star: - I wish the site loaded quickly after hitting the search button. - I also wish the site used cookies/cache to remember my login credentials on my personal laptop.

The most important music store for DJ's! AAAA++++ Beatport is without doubt the most important place for DJ's to discover and get the hottest and latest tracks, the curated playlists and charts are a great guide the quality of the audio is excellent, yes the search speed could be quicker but I get that the site is huge and has a tremendous amount of music which is actually very well organised. I have just subscribed to their streaming service too that works well with Traktor - thanks guys! AAAA++++
