Customer service is as much use as an ash tray on a motorbike. In short, yet another money grabbing organisation, who don't give a monkeys about the customer or music . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! GET OUT OF OUR INDUSTRY

I would have rated by 1-star I am tempted to give 1-star, because of totally unmonitored website for years. bunch of functionalities have been broken, I have reported all support persons multiple times for about 10+ bugs, and they never ever fixed even simple things. Re-authorization issue for years unfixed. totally ignorant service to users needs

Beatport could not make a worse… Beatport could not make a worse experience if they tried. Unfortunately me and other DJS end up coming back sometimes if other places don't have the track we are after. It is a frustrating experience every time. Making me log in twice every-time and never keeping me signed in even after clicking the keep signed in button. Login once at main screen, then go to add something to my cart and it makes me sign in again. This is after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load compared to 2 seconds like traxsource. Get your sh** together beatport, this has been happening for years

AAAA++++ Beatport is without doubt the most important place for DJ's to discover and get the hottest and latest tracks, the curated playlists and charts are a great guide the quality of the audio is excellent, yes the search speed could be quicker but I get that the site is huge and has a tremendous amount of music which is actually very well organised. I have just subscribed to their streaming service too that works well with Traktor - thanks guys! AAAA++++

I offered to sell the soundbank I… I offered to sell the soundbank I create too beatport. After watching the long and explicit demo video I made they were very interested until I politely refused to send the soundbank for a vague "reviewing" reason. Then no answer. I thought better safe than sorry, they could just robb me ver easily. Now that I see all the bad reviews on trustpilot I'm happy I made that decision
