I purchased £40 worth of music I purchased £40 worth of music Clicked next to be taken to the download page and some MSDOS text appeared at the top of the screen and was not presented the download page. When going to my Downloads section Nothing there Beatport have taken my Cash Over 4 days raised 10 support Tickets with their so called support center with not one single reply, Just note saying takes 48 hours for response. Can not believe this company can be allowed to operate like this. Next stop Trading Standards and contact bank to claim back my Money.

Beatport could not make a worse… Beatport could not make a worse experience if they tried. Unfortunately me and other DJS end up coming back sometimes if other places don't have the track we are after. It is a frustrating experience every time. Making me log in twice every-time and never keeping me signed in even after clicking the keep signed in button. Login once at main screen, then go to add something to my cart and it makes me sign in again. This is after waiting 5 minutes for the page to load compared to 2 seconds like traxsource. Get your sh** together beatport, this has been happening for years

Poor Value, Sluggish to a Standstill The site has always been sluggish, but since recent updates, this has worsened tenfold. Links are broken, or inactive and there seems to be loads of coding issues. 106 errors, 28 warnings on one page alone. It takes several minutes for a single page to load, and tracks don't play when clicked. I can't even access my shopping cart to make a purchase. It is almost completely unusable. I consider the site, broken and in need of urgent repair. As a subscriber, I am considering putting my money elsewhere. I am not getting anywhere near value for money.

The support agents put zero vigor into… The support agents put zero vigor into their work The agent did NOT read my email and assist accordingly The agent (Mariana) did NOT solve my problem The agent has NOT responded to my last email to understand the problem and act accordingly I made another purchase whist making sure the information was correct but I STILL get an incorrect receipt. Apart from that I asked for INVOICES and NOT RECEIPTS WHY SHOULD I KEEP SUPPORTING YOU? **Edit - for the first time in 41 years of being on this planet, I have encountered a company that refuses to provide invoices for purchases made. Inept much? This is a glorified music platform, rather support Juno or Bandcamp

Never Buy Anything From Beatport I had purchased Traktor Remix Sets & STEM files from Beatport.com. Due to a personal emergency, I didn't get a chance to download my purchase immediately. Beatport.com without giving me any prior intimation removed all of my purchases from my account & forfeited my rights to download files that I had already purchased from them. I have been running pillar to post in these trying times just to set things right & have run out of options at my end. I will never buy anything from Beatport again.
