Last minute award, No Problem! From the moment I reached out to Rivanna with my wild, and very last-minute idea for our golf honoree, it was no problem at all. The entire team took my idea, made it happen assuring me that changes would not affect the on-time delivery for our event.Everyone was very pleased and the award is something the honoree, hos family and our guests will never forget. We send our grateful appreciation to all. Til next time, DF, EPIC Long Island

Delivery Box and Blue Edging Different than Picture The blue on the edging looked turquoise and would have matched our logo, but it ended up being a different shade. The box that the awards were delivered in was destroyed, but the products were not damaged, thankfully!

Can't recommend this company enough! This is the second year we've ordered from Rivanna Designs, and we continue to be wildly impressed. Their team goes above and beyond to meet our needs, and their customer service far exceeds expectations! Not to mention, their mission is all about doing good in the world. Can't recommend this company enough, and we will hopefully be ordering from them for many, many years to come!

Return Customer This is our second year working with Rivanna Natural Designs and the quality is great once again. We love the eco-friendly, beautiful awards they make and we already know we'll be back again next year! Communication is great with sales team and designer. They're quick to get proofs prepared. Awards arrive well-packaged and quickly.

Great customer service We had an issue with the color quality on several photo plaques we ordered. Gretchen and the team worked to solve the issue and sent replacement plaques just in time for our big event. We knew Rivanna products were top-quality from our experience last year, and now we can definitely say their customer service is excellent too!
