Having a new window and/or conservatory isn’t an every day thing but I would go back to Alpine Aluminium every time and I can not recommend them enough to anyone else. Dreadful experience Dreadful experience. We ordered patio doors from them last year and paid in full (big mistake). They failed to deliver on 7 separate occasions with reasons such as machine breakdown, faulty powder coating and an operations manager who had overbooked fittings. When they did eventually turn up, two doors fell out of the frame during fitting and smashed on the patio. They left the site without tidying up the broken glass and promised to return to refit. They never did and went into liquidation just before Xmas. Then they set a new company under their wives names 6 days later. By writing this review my hope is that no-one else falls into the trap of ordering anything from the Davison/Howells families. Do your research and check companies house before you order.

Well the saga continues!! Well the saga continues!!! Despite having an engineer visiting us on the 17/06/19 and fixing part of our problem.. he noticed more issues with the bi-folding doors and gave us a service report which we expected to be addressed as soon as possible despite several emails with the customer service, nothing has happened! I never dealt with such a poor customer after care.. it looks like as soon they get your payment, they forget about their due diligence! Avoid at all costs!

So far very good! Great team in the office. Connor pulled out all the stops to get my order through including removing a large amount of brickwork that my job requires. Attention to detail and knowledge that surveyor demonstrated gave me further confidence. Installation due in the coming weeks. From what I have seen I would certainly use Alpine Aluminium again.
