CAAwesome Customer Service This is my first time using the company and I thought I had ordered a digital copy of the play but do not know how to access it. But, to be honest, I have not had a chance to reach out to customer service yet. After reading my comment a customer service representative reached out to me and explained what I had ordered - I had misunderstood. I appreciated that the company took the time to read my review and worked to solve the issue. That is awesome customer service.

USGreat website with a huge selection. Love the layout of website and the huge selection, but it seems kind of buggy. Whenever I would select a piece to put in cart, it would take about 15-20 seconds for the website to register the clicks. Also, it says that carts will be saved if you’re logged into your profile. What it SHOULD say, is that you can save your carts by selecting “Save Online Cart”.

USE-print may not be instant I occasionally order e-print music for my church choir and find this site more unwieldy than others. This week I needed a piece right away but ran into technical difficulties as I attempted to view my music. The customer service person I spoke with was professional but was unable to remedy the problem. Fortunately the issue was resolved the next day, but this completely negates the advantage of e-print. I have confidence that JW Pepper will always come through with a solution, but the process shouldn’t have to come to this and delay the purchaser’s ability to use the music that has already been paid for.
