I had been looking at the B&G Little… I had been looking at the B&G Little Sister for quite a while, but couldn't find anyplace I could try one, or preview before buying. North American Guitar came thru with a relatively large selection, and Jordan Santiago went the extra mile to send additional photos of my favorites to choose from. When prompted, Jordan gave me his opinion of the guitars I had him photo, and I bought the one he recommended. I love it. Shipped promptly, and packed well, the guitar arrived in tune and ready to play. No surprises, just great service.

Fabulous Guitar Buying Experience Ben, Kim and the entire team at TNAG are fabulous to deal with when purchasing a guitar. First and foremost, the shop is amazing! TNAG has a wonderful inventory of vintage, current production and single luthier built guitars. The staff is awesome I'm actually fond of music and I've been dived into it since my choldhood. This culture was raised in me by my father and I'm grateful for it. I like music as well as I like to collect music on various storages, like CDs, records and other stuff. I started to collect music long time ago and I can't stop to do it. Nowadays I'm fond of collecting soul music records and I applied to this shop in order to buy some CDs. They helped me to determine rare records and also told everything in details about shipping. Records are fragile, so I bothered a lot about shipping, but, everything was excellent.

All in all All in all, a good experience. So an update to my original post. Justin called me and explained the guitar. Very helpful - and informative - and couldn’t have been nicer. A few idiosyncrasies with the setup but minor details, really, and easily corrected. If I ever have another pile of money burning a hole in my pocket I’ll call these guys for sure!
