Good Product, Poor Communication Speed Good product, but a little slow on the communication. If you're hoping to have reasonably fast communication through the company's website, think again. I had to track down someone through Facebook Messenger regarding an order. Products ship from Ireland, unless ordered from a dealer in your home country. Many dealers do not stock accessories, so prepare to wait a while. I really wish I could give 4-stars, but the lag time is just too high.

Ruach wooden guitar stand Have just received my Ruach cherry wood guitar stand and it looks excellent and would recommend it to anyone. Only slight downside was that the courier company told me it was going to be delivered yesterday....no fault at all of Ruach though.

Very good product and service I had difficulty sourcing my product from other suppliers. Fortuitously, Ruach were £10 cheaper than other "suppliers" and included postage. Well made item that does exactly as described at a good price. Extremely good delivery time and excellent packaging. The product is a wooden acoustic/electric guitar "hang-stand". Very pleasing aesthetically and fits in with our furniture type etc etc.

I was able to find my guitar chair I was able to find my guitar chair at Ruach Music. The manager handling my purchase (Tim) was very helpful and kept me informed of the delivery date and any other questions i might have. Great place to find your music needs and also they deliver pretty quick.
