Refreshingly courteous and efficient customer service I had a 6 month gift subscription which was due to expire. I enjoyed using the site and wanted to take out a year’s subscription but my account page only had the facility to pay monthly. I emailed, got a prompt can do response, my problem was resolved and I got a follow-up email to make sure that all was well, so I have no hesitation in recommending sheet music direct.

Terrible non-user friendly website The plug in required for digital downloads took over 30 minutes to download and configure to my laptop. It was ridiculous. Printing sheet music should have taken me 5 minutes, took me close to an hour@@ The website constantly tells me I am not entering my email address correctly when I am. I would never recommend this website to anyone. You cannot even contact them to complain!

Best sheet music subscription I subscribed to sheetmusic plus direct pass two months ago and it is one the best decisions I'ver ever made. Their subscription service, I think, is so underappreciated as you will not see many reviews on the internet but for someone like me who wants loads of sheet music for sight-reading practice, their library is perfect as I can find most of the songs I love, from Taylor Swift and disney OSTs to thousands of other songs with beautiful melodies. Interactive recordings also help me learn the correct rhythm when things get a bit challenging. I'd give it 10stars if I could ☺️

I can't get through online to the… I can't get through online to the website (it says not found) even though my internet is working fine. My emails keep bouncing back also from (help at sheet music direct dot com) they don't allow email addresses in reviews...

I have used the non pass sheet music… I have used the non pass sheet music purchase program and am very satisfied with the service. Most importantly, I can print out the sheet music to mark up and make notations, which is helpful for a new student like myself. I do have a question about the PASS program, however. Can I print out each purchased sheet music if I am subscribed to the PASS program?
