Amazing!!! Not sure the process or product could of gone any better. The design was awesome and end result was a hit. They even beat the delivery date by a week. Will definately recommend to others

Two thumbs up Our company is very pleased. Customer service was quick to answer any questions. One hat was out of stock and they sent me two hats of equal quality to make up for it. Best hats ever! 10/10 experience! Best hats we've ever ordered! Overall experience with Custom Patch Hats was 10/10. The quality of the patches exceeded our expectations, giving the hat a true authentic look and feel. Luke was fantastic to deal with. He responded so quickly giving us accurate mock ups with different colour options he thought would be a great fit. There was no pushiness to buy their product it, it was simply creating something the customer would be very happy with. The personal touches throughout the process of the order gave the experience a real "family" business feel which means a lot to us as we are operating a small family business ourselves.

Reorders are so simple Reorders are so simple. They save everything on file for me, and when we run out. I simply send an email and the new shipment is on the way shortly.
