Excellent quality, very professional The hats we had made for our company look awesome and very professional. Our logo is extremely clear and well done. Getting the ball rolling was extremely easy and the service excellent. 5/5 for quality. Unfortunately I live in Canada so the exchange rate and extra cost suck but still well worth it. Would definitely get hats and patches here again.

I phoned with an intricate (aka complicated) design request and a short lead-time, and they were so attentive to the order from beginning to end. Great quality, nice colors These hats are such high quality that I was really happy not only to have one for myself but to share with others. The first mock up of the design didn't look entirely right, so my sales rep helped remedy and get me the design I wanted, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, if we were to do them again, I would have made the patch bigger, and I wish the person working with me had suggested that, but I am happy overall--the logo feels subtle rather than too big and bold. To be clear, I knew the size, measured it and had a sense of how it would look, but this is more of a decision that would have been hard to make without seeing it in person. I also opted for the 5 mystery hat pack--if they offer it when you are ordering, do it! The cost was $30, and we ended up with 5 hat styles we would not have had otherwise, and they were all great. It was nice to have a variety and now I have a cute beanie I will absolutely wear in the cold weather. Would order from here again!
