The quality of the patches exceeded our expectations, giving the hat a true authentic look and feel. Luke was fantastic to deal with. He responded so quickly giving us accurate mock ups with different colour options he thought would be a great fit. There was no pushiness to buy their product it, it was simply creating something the customer would be very happy with. The personal touches throughout the process of the order gave the experience a real "family" business feel which means a lot to us as we are operating a small family business ourselves.
