AUNo communication I have an event to go to tomorrow and placed an order back in September which was confirmed. Just found out today the lender no longer has the dress and I'm now without an outfit and will be waiting 5-10 days for a refund. Only found out because I emailed The Volte and the lender asking for a tracking number. Terrible service.

AUStay Away Wish I’d have read these reviews. I ordered 2 weeks early and just found out my dress is not coming. No apology at all. Shocking customer service. Left without a dress 2 days before my event. Disappointed and will only use Glam Corner or Designer ex from now on.

AUDo not use this company Do not use this company. Its fine if things work but hopeless when they don't. Dress never arrived. Useless support. How can you run a marketplace with no systems and customer service? Its all you have going for you. Maybe use some of the $4m you raised from VCs to implement systems to track dresses, hold lenders accountable and actually provide customer service. There is no real time chat function just a bot who emails the off shore Zendesk. All I got after 24 hours was a response that lender hasn't replied and no response when I asked for refund.

AUCrap I did not receive my dress at all, it was never even posted. The lender was unresponsive and the customer service was poor and would take almost a day to respond. They also don’t have a phone number so the o my way you can contact them is through a chat to a robot that only has automated responses for lenders or an unmonitored email address.

AUPoor quality and bad customer service Received a dress rental and the quality of the dress is so poor. When you’re spending close to $100 for a dress you won’t even own and simply hire for an event it is so disappointing to find the quality coming through as it did. The inside lining of the dress was coming apart so the wiring was stabbing into my chest. In addition to this, the outside stitching of the dress has come apart from sections. When I contacted the lender, she never replied and when I contacted the volt to query either a credit to use on another dress or a refund they wouldn’t help me as they said it is dependent on whether the lender approves the request. Absolutely poor service in my opinion. Now I’m down ~$90 with no dress for my event. Would not recommend!!!
