Great Mystery Box! The fabric I choose was great. Colors were true to the pictures, perhaps brighter. My Fall/Winter Mystery box was actually interesting. I appreciated that the fabric was paired to go together if I wanted a solid with the print. I was just going to use it to test patterns but at least 3 of the fabrics will be made into clothing

Disappointment awaits This was my first time ordering. I placed the order on 4/5. Found the shipping seemed excessive, but first time ordering, willing to give a chance. After 9 days (6 business days) I emailed to get status and was advised delays due to high volume. They sent a review form and I commented shipping was excessive and they contacted and refunded about $5.00 in shipping from the $13.00 initially charged. Now another week has gone by and the fabric has not shipped, but HAS been paid for. Really unimpressed by this experience. Customer service was pleasant but generic. I would like my money refunded and sadly will not be back. Not a great experience with first and sadly last order.

I love Olga's fabric no matter how much… I love Olga's fabric no matter how much fabric I have I always buy more! I tell myself use what you have then an awesome sale comes around and you just can't help yourself the different materials and designs and affordable prices can't be beat I have been a customer for many years and will continue as long as I can sew!!!! The people behind the scene are also the greatest to work with very kind and helpful 🙂

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! So easy to order the fabric I wanted. I neglected to check the box to have the fabric shipped to me. I emailed customer service on Sunday, the day before the 4th of July, and they got back to me within minutes. They were able to send me an invoice again within minutes, and I paid immediately for the shipping. It cannot get any better than that! Thanks so much, Olga's Closet!

10/10 customer service Processing and delivery times were delayed and upon receiving my order I realized I had purchased the incorrect fabric base for my needs. The Olga’s team was quick to provide assistance with returning it and suggestions on which base would be more suitable. Extremely pleasant to work with and I am very grateful for how painless they made the whole experience. Customer service is a 10/10 with them!!
