GBQuality products until you have a return Quality products until you have an issue. Customer service is there, but they won’t let you send back a defective item even it’s been 32 days, 30 is the max, but the item is defective! Arghhhh. I have spent lots of money here, they don’t care, they don’t want to refund me $50, are you sure it’s worth losing a long time solid customer, guess not. Very disturbing, sad and disappointing

GBI ordered a sewing extension on… I ordered a sewing extension on 9/12/2023. I didn't get a confirmation email on the purchase. I look every day at the status of my order and it is always "Awaiting Fulfillment". I had the same experience with a former order. They offer little confirmation or shipping status. I never know when it will arrive or the shipping status.
