GBLarge fabric order. Couldn’t have had a better experience I placed a large order on Monday, after calling CS to ensure the fabric was in stock. She explained to me, that she would review the fabric personally. Placed the order Monday, got confirmation of receiving my order. Tuesday I got an email verifying the stock and I had a last chance to edit my order at that time. Wednesday I got shipping confirmation and Friday I received a very well packed, exactly right order. What ever the low scoring reviews are based upon, I don’t know…but we had an absolutely awesome experience and I will gladly do business again with Fabric Guru. They have their act together.

GBFabric arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED Fabric arrived not as described. Should be 54" wide. Customer service rep argued with me that this has never happened before. She repeatedly told me that it should be 54" X 36" (I ordered a yard). Yes, I know that. Fabric was not 54" wide. And the quality of the fabric was very disappointing. I wasted my money on this company and I won't do that again.

GBI ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card… I ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card was immediately charged. But two months later I still have no fabric! Numerous phone calls and emails have not been responded to. I did talk to someone once who said it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Now I'm getting no answers at all. Buyer beware!!!!

GBJust the number of yards I needed at a lower price I had been to several local fabric stores to try to order 3 yards of Kaufmann fabric but they had large order minimums. I was able to order 3 yards at FabricGuru for a lower price and fabric arrived as expected. Great experience!

CATerrible Customer Service Not a very professional outfit. Operators don't seem to understand customer service and do not make an attempt to resolve issues amicably. As other reviewer said, you are charged instantly and then may wait an indeterminate amount of time for your order. With so many fantastic options out there, I will give this place a big "Pass" in the future.
