Just the number of yards I needed at a lower price I had been to several local fabric stores to try to order 3 yards of Kaufmann fabric but they had large order minimums. I was able to order 3 yards at FabricGuru for a lower price and fabric arrived as expected. Great experience!

Huge fan of Fabric Guru I have been a customer of Fabric Guru for 3 years, and have been delighted with both their fabrics and service. Like any site, there have been a few misses, but the customer service department was quick and professional in resolving any issues I had. I am a huge fan!! I do wish the website was more user friendly, but somehow still manage to find loads of wonderful fabrics at great prices, so it's clearly serving its purpose! Great job Fabric Guru! I only wish I could visit!!! :)

Terrible Customer Service Not a very professional outfit. Operators don't seem to understand customer service and do not make an attempt to resolve issues amicably. As other reviewer said, you are charged instantly and then may wait an indeterminate amount of time for your order. With so many fantastic options out there, I will give this place a big "Pass" in the future.

Speedy & Generous Service My first time ordering I received my remnant quickly, but it was much less yardage than stated on the website. I received a reply and a generous resolution within 24 hrs of my email. I would order from them again.

RUN RUN RUN from this web site RUN RUN RUN from this web site, They claim they had 100 yards of fabric on hand. When placing my order they claim they had it charged my CC ASAP, after 2 wks no fabric. Funny they did not have any in stock and waiting for it but was told it could be weeks.... Life must be tough to lie about having stock billing the cust.... Horrible cust service!!!
