GBI ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card… I ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card was immediately charged. But two months later I still have no fabric! Numerous phone calls and emails have not been responded to. I did talk to someone once who said it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Now I'm getting no answers at all. Buyer beware!!!!

GBPhotos looked nothing like fabric Two sample fabrics ordered looked nothing like the photos on the site. The fabrics were visually represented as velvety matte but were, in person, shiny and cheap looking. Customer service refused a refund and said that everyone should know polyester is shiny!! I've successfully ordered before from FG but in the future will likely find another discount designer fanric purveyor. If you use FG, do notorder without first getting samples --and be prepared to lose that investment!

GBFabric arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED Fabric arrived not as described. Should be 54" wide. Customer service rep argued with me that this has never happened before. She repeatedly told me that it should be 54" X 36" (I ordered a yard). Yes, I know that. Fabric was not 54" wide. And the quality of the fabric was very disappointing. I wasted my money on this company and I won't do that again.

CATerrible Customer Service Not a very professional outfit. Operators don't seem to understand customer service and do not make an attempt to resolve issues amicably. As other reviewer said, you are charged instantly and then may wait an indeterminate amount of time for your order. With so many fantastic options out there, I will give this place a big "Pass" in the future.
