Fabric arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED Fabric arrived not as described. Should be 54" wide. Customer service rep argued with me that this has never happened before. She repeatedly told me that it should be 54" X 36" (I ordered a yard). Yes, I know that. Fabric was not 54" wide. And the quality of the fabric was very disappointing. I wasted my money on this company and I won't do that again.

Large fabric order. Couldn’t have had a better experience I placed a large order on Monday, after calling CS to ensure the fabric was in stock. She explained to me, that she would review the fabric personally. Placed the order Monday, got confirmation of receiving my order. Tuesday I got an email verifying the stock and I had a last chance to edit my order at that time. Wednesday I got shipping confirmation and Friday I received a very well packed, exactly right order. What ever the low scoring reviews are based upon, I don’t know…but we had an absolutely awesome experience and I will gladly do business again with Fabric Guru. They have their act together.

Photos looked nothing like fabric Two sample fabrics ordered looked nothing like the photos on the site. The fabrics were visually represented as velvety matte but were, in person, shiny and cheap looking. Customer service refused a refund and said that everyone should know polyester is shiny!! I've successfully ordered before from FG but in the future will likely find another discount designer fanric purveyor. If you use FG, do notorder without first getting samples --and be prepared to lose that investment!

RUN RUN RUN from this web site RUN RUN RUN from this web site, They claim they had 100 yards of fabric on hand. When placing my order they claim they had it charged my CC ASAP, after 2 wks no fabric. Funny they did not have any in stock and waiting for it but was told it could be weeks.... Life must be tough to lie about having stock billing the cust.... Horrible cust service!!!

Speedy & Generous Service My first time ordering I received my remnant quickly, but it was much less yardage than stated on the website. I received a reply and a generous resolution within 24 hrs of my email. I would order from them again.
