GBGood prices, quality fabric, mediocre website and so-so inventory control I have ordered 4 or 5 times from Fabricguru.com and have overall been pleased. The quality of the fabrics and the prices make some of the annoyances worthwhile. Positives: the fabrics are high quality and in excellent condition. The prices are usually very good, especially on sale and clearance goods. The not so good: The fabric descriptions are cut and pasted in the website and usually not very descriptive. For example, they rarely include comprehensive fabric content or weight information. Fabric maker is hit or miss. The website search is limited and doesn't work well. For example, no way to sort by yardage available, and the price sort is sketchy because some goods are sold by the piece (entire remnant eg 10 yards) and others are per yard. It would be better to list all prices by yard and flag which ones are order able by yard vs the whole piece. I received the wrong item once and it was a hassle to get hold of someone to return it. It ended up being close enough to what I needed so I just kept it. Overall I'm happy and will keep coming back.

GBJust the number of yards I needed at a lower price I had been to several local fabric stores to try to order 3 yards of Kaufmann fabric but they had large order minimums. I was able to order 3 yards at FabricGuru for a lower price and fabric arrived as expected. Great experience!

CATerrible Customer Service Not a very professional outfit. Operators don't seem to understand customer service and do not make an attempt to resolve issues amicably. As other reviewer said, you are charged instantly and then may wait an indeterminate amount of time for your order. With so many fantastic options out there, I will give this place a big "Pass" in the future.

GBRUN RUN RUN from this web site RUN RUN RUN from this web site, They claim they had 100 yards of fabric on hand. When placing my order they claim they had it charged my CC ASAP, after 2 wks no fabric. Funny they did not have any in stock and waiting for it but was told it could be weeks.... Life must be tough to lie about having stock billing the cust.... Horrible cust service!!!

GBI ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card… I ordered 2 yards of fabric and my card was immediately charged. But two months later I still have no fabric! Numerous phone calls and emails have not been responded to. I did talk to someone once who said it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Now I'm getting no answers at all. Buyer beware!!!!
