USI made an error on my order I made an error on my order, I immediately reached out to Urisme via email and they responded right away. I truly love the clothes. They are unique, great quality and fit very well.

NZThey did their best but nothing was… They did their best but nothing was quite right. Getting the garment organised, shipping it, putting the right size garment in the bag etc. Close but no cigar

USSuperb Customer Service I by mistake ordered the same dress twice and one other dress that closely resembled the one I ordered two of. Contacted customer support, explained what happened and there was no problem, they gave me instructions for returning the items, I did as instructed and they issued me a refund.
