Sometimes fast delivery I placed an order and was waiting to receive my gift cards. Gift cards didn't come today. I login to my personal account and saw the status order - Refunded! After I received a response from xeniagifts, I placed an order and received it in an hour. After that, I bought more Egifts, and I expect to receive it.

Issues but they corrected:card sent...but then… At 1st terrible. no card sent...but then receive a "how did we do" correspondence. How about finish the transaction before asking how it went? Eventually all worked out. I was contacted via text and a link was sent. (Account would not 'resend or send" card to hotmail email. ) Have used since. But there just seems to be an issue with getting the card sent to Jesusisthe1truth@ hotmail which is one email I use...even tho I received the "verify your email" message.?? Good contact via text. Worked it out good customer service.

Xeniagifts is amazing Xeniagifts is amazing. It’s basically free money. One time I got a card that didn’t work, but I contacted customer service and they immediately fixed the issue. This only happened once, and other than that giftcards have always worked seamlessly and arrived quickly.

Takes a whole day to email a digital… Takes a whole day to email a digital card. Should be instant like most other gift card websites. Also should have discounts for repeat/loyal customers, not just new customers. Thank you
