GBSometimes fast delivery I placed an order and was waiting to receive my gift cards. Gift cards didn't come today. I login to my personal account and saw the status order - Refunded! After I received a response from xeniagifts, I placed an order and received it in an hour. After that, I bought more Egifts, and I expect to receive it.

GBStill Waiting to Hear from Customer Service I had some success with Xenia, but now I'm getting cautious about ordering anything more from them. I have emailed (through their own website contact page) no less than 3 times with a specific question about the use of a particular company's card and they have not responded to my emails.

GBNo E-gift card 13+ hours after purchase I asked politely minutes after my purchase if they can kindly send my gift cards ASAP because I need them before my item is sold out online. It has been over 13 hours and I still haven't received my $200 gift cards. Also, earlier today I tried to to buy Chipotle gift cards using the same credit card I've previously used here. Website kept stating it had a problem with my card. I checked my credit card: there's nothing wrong with my card, so Xenia blocked me from using it.
