GBThese ppl are a scam These ppl are a scam. I ordered the Vegan Leather Olive green matching set and some grey stacked jeans in November. The jeans came but no set. After going back and forth with them and later them ignoring my messages and email. I filed a claim with my bank and the State of Tennessee Consumer Complaint Division for fraud for a partial order. About 2 weeks ago, I get a call from Ms. Ibrahim stating she was going to mail the set out to me and would not charge for it because I waited 3 months for it. They later told my bank that they mailed the order out on time and I was charged 400 dollars anyway. Do not deal with these ppl they are dishonest.

GBI have place a few orders with Valabasas with no issues, but the one order I had to exchange is a drawn out process. I have place a few orders with Valabasas. I have always received the items, but i did incur a long, drawn out situation when it came time to exchange a size for one of my orders. I returned the item via USPS, as instructed, and they stated that it takes 10-15 business days from date returned item is received. I called on the 14th day to inquire about return and surprisingly there wasn’t even an update on my return as of the 14th day. I did get in touch with a representative on the phone, who insured to push my exchange along and note the account. So stay tune, I am trying not to go the credit card dispute route.

GBNon Existent Customer Service I saw some cargo pants on the website I liked, ordered them, and they were way too big. I immediately return the pants and didn't receive a refund, nor a response back to my email inquiring about it. I then disputed it with my bank and got the refund. After a few weeks the money was taken and given back to valabasas. They said the pants were delivered and not returned. When I reached out, they said I already disputed it with my bank. I then explained that it was returned to them. Crickets after that. 140 dollars stolen essentially. Proceed with caution, hopefully your clothes fit.

GBCustomer Service SUCKS!!!! They are ok, until something does not fit or has an issue. They will not refund your money or reply to your emails. I will not be purchasing anything else.

GBI placed an order on December 9th… I placed an order on December 9th order. Two of the three items purchased are ripping in the crotch/backside of the pants. At this point it seems the 3rd pair may start to do the same. We have purchased other merchandise and the quality has been perfect. We have now emailed multiple times with 1 acknowledgment email to begin and nothing since. What a SCAM of a company to not do good by their product.
