GBI had an amazing experience with my… I had an amazing experience with my purchase from Valabasas my whole family loves this brand my kids stay wearing it and for my self. The product is top notch. I’ve got so many compliments wearing Valabasas it’s unbelievable and there shipping is so fast I usually do all my purchases from them on a Tuesday at noon my package arrives that same week on Thursday. Thank you Valabasas you guys deserve 10 stars

DEGreat experience! Had no issues whatsoever.. so I can't tell anything about the customer service because there was no need to contact them at all. Fast shipment and another favorite piece in my closet. Would definately order again. Thanks and greetings from Germany!!

GBI order a pair of pants from them was… I order a pair of pants from them was delivered to me but somebody stole my package now keep in mind that I also paid the extra 10 dollars for stolen,damaged, lost protection. I reached out to them about the situation they told me to file a police report which I did sent it to them they responded and said that they would reship it. Guess what nerve did I email them because the number listed doesn't work no response after that which is bull. I kept on emailing them to refund my money I haven't heard anything from them in 2 weeks I'm done wasting my time with them never will oder from ever again.

GBI have place a few orders with Valabasas with no issues, but the one order I had to exchange is a drawn out process. I have place a few orders with Valabasas. I have always received the items, but i did incur a long, drawn out situation when it came time to exchange a size for one of my orders. I returned the item via USPS, as instructed, and they stated that it takes 10-15 business days from date returned item is received. I called on the 14th day to inquire about return and surprisingly there wasn’t even an update on my return as of the 14th day. I did get in touch with a representative on the phone, who insured to push my exchange along and note the account. So stay tune, I am trying not to go the credit card dispute route.

GBCustomer Service SUCKS!!!! They are ok, until something does not fit or has an issue. They will not refund your money or reply to your emails. I will not be purchasing anything else.
