Terrible Customer Service I order clothes from this company and one of the items were too big. I sent in a request to exchange and it was approved. I paid for additional shipping to send the item back. I tracked the package and it was delivered on 12/4. I've been emailing, calling and also using the online chat and no one has returned my call or email. Terrible customer service. I don't believe this company all the way legit. Make sure you know the correct sizes

Not reputable TLDR, avoid buying from them. They aren’t a well establish reputable brand. They are just showy street ware and the risks of buying from them reflect this. I’ve purchased from them twice now for a total of 6 items. Of those 7 items one was immediately return because they didn’t include necessary components to make it work when shipping, 1 was not functionally designed, and 1 was not as advertised on the website. The other 4 were fine. Their customer service is basically non existent AND they change their policies Willy nilly to try and skirt responsibility.

I had an amazing experience with my… I had an amazing experience with my purchase from Valabasas my whole family loves this brand my kids stay wearing it and for my self. The product is top notch. I’ve got so many compliments wearing Valabasas it’s unbelievable and there shipping is so fast I usually do all my purchases from them on a Tuesday at noon my package arrives that same week on Thursday. Thank you Valabasas you guys deserve 10 stars

I order a pair of pants from them was… I order a pair of pants from them was delivered to me but somebody stole my package now keep in mind that I also paid the extra 10 dollars for stolen,damaged, lost protection. I reached out to them about the situation they told me to file a police report which I did sent it to them they responded and said that they would reship it. Guess what nerve did I email them because the number listed doesn't work no response after that which is bull. I kept on emailing them to refund my money I haven't heard anything from them in 2 weeks I'm done wasting my time with them never will oder from ever again.
