Take your money, don't deliver, shocking customer service. I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

I ordered a 2 dress for my children and… I ordered a 2 dress for my children and never received they started say yes was delivered and send my a picture but never any package was delivered. I think I was scammed.

Very bad quality product. Stay away from it! This company is a scam. I ordered 4 dresses, only two arrived after more than a month, with very bad quality that I don’t dare to give to anyone as a present. The other two never arrived, customer services staff said that they were lost on the way. After two months I haven’t received the refund for that.

Better quality than expected The dresses arrived beautifully pressed and ready to wear. It's clear that attention to detail is a priority for this store, right down to the packaging.
