HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . My items were never shipped. They gladly took my money but never shipped my items. They then told me it was sitting in the warehouse. A further week went by and their story changed. They said it had been lost by the shipper. Further they said the items I had ordered were no longer available when I asked them to re-send the items. I asked for my money back. They suggested an in store credit instead. I refused that. I escalated my case with paypal. Then the store once again changed its story saying that they were going to re-ship the items. I asked paypal for the refund and I am letting them handle this. NEVER purchase from this store. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Take your money, don't deliver, shocking customer service. I placed a large order in February. After a week I was told it had been shipped. After 3 weeks I had received nothing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then dispatched about 1/3 of the order. This arrived a week later and was ok. The prices are cheap so it was what I was expecting. I then chased the rest of the order which had not arrived and tried to cancel that. Again they said it had just been dispatched. However, when the parcel arrived it only contained 1 item plus 2 free gifts. When I pointed this out I was told that the items were out of stock (!!!) and I could choose something else. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but never gave. Around 8 weeks after my original order (when they took payment in full) I got a refund for the undelivered items through my credit card provider - however this took lots of emails to sort out due to Bebehanna's time-wasting and delaying tactics. And they are now bombarding me with messages to buy more stuff even though I have unsubscribed.

I am so impressed I am so impressed with the quality of the dresses I received. They fit perfectly and look even better in person. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

I ordered a 2 dress for my children and… I ordered a 2 dress for my children and never received they started say yes was delivered and send my a picture but never any package was delivered. I think I was scammed.

Great experience shopping at this… Great experience shopping at this store. The dresses are beautiful and the customer service was excellent. I would have given 5 stars if there were more frequent sales or discounts available.
