GBCompany is basically scamming online… Company is basically scamming online customers by hiding their ridiculously stingy return policy in a tiny link at the bottom of the page in violation of consumer protection laws, enabling them to refuse to refund people's money.

GBDisappointing! Credit card charged but item still have not been sent! I placed an order on dec 1st…. And almost 3 weeks later my order still says pending but my credit card was charged. I sent 3 email messages inquiring about my order and nothing….I’m about to call my credit card to cancel order. I honestly cannot believe this type of shady customer service happens in 2021.

GBDon't do business with these people. Placed order, and received confirmation 12/5, but have heard nothing since. When checking order status on their website it shows as pending. Have emailed twice with no response. When I call the posted phone #, it goes straight to a message that basically states they aren't answering and the best way to contact is by email. Clearly, they aren't going to get my item to me by Christmas and they won't respond. I want my money back.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! I ordered an aviator nation sweatshirt for my granddaughter. It was all she wanted. It never shipped and the only way you can contact customer service is through e mail which I have tried 4 times with no response. The only recourse I have now is to dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Blue and Cream!

GBGive it a chance! My order was perfect I recently placed an order with Blue and Cream. I was skeptical at first after reading others reviews. But I must say I am impressed with how quickly my order arrived. I ordered a pair of Re/Done Jeans with the Black Friday discount and an Aviator Nation set. Everything came in perfect condition and fit like a glove. Will definitely be ordering from Blue and Cream to do some holiday gifting. Will be recommending to friends and family as well!
