GBGood Experience I'm surprised about all these negative reviews. I bought a NSF hoodie on their website and I didn't entirely love it. One of their stylists reached out and helped arrange an exchange for a Cotton Citizen Tie Dye hoodie. I couldn't be more happy. I'll be shopping agian, i saw that they have Harden cashmere sweaters and you can't find that brand anywhere!

GBI give it four stars I give it four stars because the shipping time. I didn't think that it takes that long to receive my order to be honest, considering that I didn't order my dress from overseas but it took weeks for them. Everything else was great. Still thanks tho.

GBAWFUL experience This was a pretty bad experience. I placed an order and was not pleased with the product, so I tried to reach out to the customer service department (they don't have one). I was on "hold" for HOURS. I didn't have hours to waste on the phone so I sent several emails. I have yet to hear back from them. I don't know who runs this and what type of education/training they received in running a respectable business, but I'd suggest they get a refresher.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever! I ordered an aviator nation sweatshirt for my granddaughter. It was all she wanted. It never shipped and the only way you can contact customer service is through e mail which I have tried 4 times with no response. The only recourse I have now is to dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from Blue and Cream!

GBCompany is basically scamming online… Company is basically scamming online customers by hiding their ridiculously stingy return policy in a tiny link at the bottom of the page in violation of consumer protection laws, enabling them to refuse to refund people's money.
