I hope I had read this sooner I hope I had read this sooner! I agree with what everyone else mentions bellow .. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and the dress doesn’t look anything like the pictures , badly done, the fabric looks like a 15usd dress really cheap DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Dress looks Nothing like Online… Dress looks Nothing like the Online Photo. I ordered my wedding dress from here, it arrived and was too large and had busted open seams. I figured that was why the dress did not look like the photo online. I exchanged for a size down. The dress is literally NOTHING like the photo online regardless of size and the seams being fixed. It looks like a toga. Their no return policy is terrible. I wasted almost $900 on a cheaply made dress. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS CHEAP BRAND.

I ordered the Margo diamond gown which… I ordered the Margo diamond gown which was a pre order item 4-8 weeks. The event was 9 weeks from the date which the order was placed. I was promised 2 different delivery dates. The dress came the day before the event. It was huge, not a true XS. There was so much excess fabric, poorly cut on the split like a 3 year old had cut it. On top of all that the colour was a tacky rose gold not the nude in the picture. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I emailed the company giving them my feedback and received no response. Did I mention this dress nearly cost me 2500AU with taxes. Prices don't justify workmanship.

Unfulfilled order/ bad customer service I have ordered and paid a dress that had to be shipped between 2-4 weeks. After 7 weeks I still did not receive it. I wrote many emails to B&B but the only answer was that they will look into it and prioritise my order. Everytime I am told to have patience, or that this matter will be treated with high priority. Unofortunately that did not happen. It is tiring to have to write so many emails or messages with the company because of an unfulfilled order that has already been paid. The extended waiting period has exceeded what I consider reasonable and satisfactory. I am super disappointed about their customer service. I requested a refund because it feels like a scam. Did not expect this from a store that sells so expensive dresses.
