I ordered the Margo diamond gown which… I ordered the Margo diamond gown which was a pre order item 4-8 weeks. The event was 9 weeks from the date which the order was placed. I was promised 2 different delivery dates. The dress came the day before the event. It was huge, not a true XS. There was so much excess fabric, poorly cut on the split like a 3 year old had cut it. On top of all that the colour was a tacky rose gold not the nude in the picture. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I emailed the company giving them my feedback and received no response. Did I mention this dress nearly cost me 2500AU with taxes. Prices don't justify workmanship.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE… The customer service here is TERRIBLE AND NON EXISTANT. They claimed that my dress was “on sale” and therefore not eligible for a return or even an exchange. Screw this company.

I hope I had read this sooner I hope I had read this sooner! I agree with what everyone else mentions bellow .. EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY and the dress doesn’t look anything like the pictures , badly done, the fabric looks like a 15usd dress really cheap DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Package ordered but never delivered neither refunded. I have ordered a dress to be shipped in Switzerland from Bronx and banco website. The item was never delivered. I have filled a claim towards the shipping company chosen by Bronx and banco, UPS. UPS concluded the package has been lost in transit in Germany and told me to check with Bronx and Banco directly who are entitled to refund me and Then manage on their side with UPS. Issue is that They do not have a customer service line but one generic email. So I have explained them multiple times via email the situation and they never came back to me to follow up. I just lost 850 dollars like this. Just because this company is not reliable. I do not recommend to shop on their website. They really are not professional.
