GBCustomer Service Warning. 10/26/18 My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped. This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.

GBI am disappointed in fabricti.com I… I am disappointed in fabricti.com I made a order on 31/12/2021 I still have not received any goods 😢 and emailed weekly to be told wait 7 business days 😢 I will be going to the bank to have a full refund as this has gone on long enough,I also will be making a legal claim as it must be a scam.please do not buy from this store online it will save you money in the long run.

GBI ordered a “bolt” of white Kona brand… I ordered a “bolt” of white Kona brand cotton. Instead of arriving on a nice Kona labels bolt, it arrived flat and badly folded. In that condition it was utterly unusable, and I’m not even convinced it is really Kona brand.

My orders are mostly for my home sewing and crafting needs and the fabrics are beautiful, high quality materials. Items arrived quickly and there's never been a mistake in the order. Their site is easy to navigate and lets you know if an item is not available. You can even leave your email to be notified when an item is available again. I'm very happy with fabric.com.
