Customer Service Warning. 10/26/18 My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped. This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.

First Purchase Bad Experience This was my first and only purchase with Fabric.com . I found the exact same fabric priced significantly lower (less than half Fabric.com price) the next day. I contacted customer service who very curtly explained they did not price match and did not offer a small make good , coupon or discount Clearly, my business was not important to this company. I am returning the fabric and going else where. More because of attitude than price.....they also block negative reviews.

I purchased out door material for my… I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered.
