I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. A fabric they advertised as 'organic… A fabric they advertised as 'organic cotton' turned out to be more like %20-%30 polyester (felt super silky and melted from a flame). Took several phone calls and enduring of snark to be reimbursed. Will avoid this company in the future.
