I purchased out door material for my… I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage. Horrible experience.

I asked for details of my order and said it’s been a week and all I got was “actually you made your order on the 5th so it’s not been a week” 🤬 how rude is that, and they still give me any details, I’ve spent £200 and now I’m worried I’m not going to get the items or my money back

Getting a Refund is a Total Mess I have no complaints about the fabric. My issue is with the company not refunding me on my returns. I have a small business and buy frequently from them. Sometimes I send fabric back. Refunds are supposed to be within 5-7 days, but I have been waiting 5-8 weeks. CS is nice and say they escalate my requests for refunds, but nothing ever happens. So I have lost the fabric, paid my credit card, and no refunds yet. Beware!

No product, no refund. I ordered 4 yards of material- the web site aid it was available and in stock. They charged my credit card, then told me my item was out of stock and that they were canceling the order. That was a week ago. No refund, no fabric, and their website shows the same 4 yards as “available “. I will never buy anything from them.

Their site is easy to navigate and lets you know if an item is not available. You can even leave your email to be notified when an item is available again. I'm very happy with fabric.com.
