My orders are mostly for my home sewing and crafting needs and the fabrics are beautiful, high quality materials. Items arrived quickly and there's never been a mistake in the order. Their site is easy to navigate and lets you know if an item is not available. You can even leave your email to be notified when an item is available again. I'm very happy with fabric.com.

The security take us super … The security take us super aggressively out and they were nearly break my friend arm ,my face has been smashed by security and my Jaw bone has been smashed to floor. There were 14 security around us and we and none of others had any idea what is the reason to do this us. We are not racist or we have no any particular reason to have anything like that. But we feel like we been attacked and droppp all the way back to our feelings and treated as hell. Now I am at home and to be honest thinking what do I have done,as I am a community worker as well I do dwliver food for free for people who need. So I am trying my best but it looks like without any reason,you can be attacted. Not sure what is going on in london but this is definetely a bad example how to restart parties or whatever. Here is a picture of the Manager of the security who were in charge and force us to delete all pictures and videos

Spend your money somewhere else I would highly suggest against ordering from this company unless you want your hard earned money going into a place where the 35 year old manager sleeps with the teenagers who he hires on because he grooms them up first saying hr wants to fire them but he wont agree. Hr is actually his mother, grandmother and father who all know exactly what's going on. Employees are treated terribly and told daily they are replaceable then ask you to come in early or stay late. Only time you have job security is if you're sleeping with him and 18 years old or younger. Doesnt even matter of they have a boyfriend or not. This company and everyone involved with " running" do not stand for anything they claim they do. Nor do they have any morals. Please consider putting your money into a company that actually deserves it.

Good range, shady advertising, bad customer service. I like their fabrics, and that's it. They have more than once listed fabrics as in stock when they weren't. I'm shipping a small order, so they don't care, and they make that very clear when things go wrong. When I had to reorder a certain fabric because they were out of stock I had to pay shipping again, almost three times the price of the actual fabric. I explained to them that this was because of their mistake, and got a ten dollar discount. To offset a 32 dollar shipping fee. Calling them out on this got nothing. This is, of course, after around three weeks of very slow communication from them. Not recommended.

FAKE item. Costly and long return process. Very disappointed. Item was fake - had no leather trimming and dodgy stitching. Went to Prada store to verify and they confirmed that the model was released in 2018 and should have saffiano leather trimming. Customer service defended the product however did not offer any insight on their "authentication" process or people and tried to make me feel like I'm crazy for trusting Prada. TBH it feels as if some kid or kids are running a flashy site selling to people that aren't as aware of how to spot fakes. I had to pay 15e to return the item and was not refunded my original 20e that I paid for shipping. They also initially "couldn't find my package" after I had sent it back with tracking- all very suspicious. In the end I was forced to pay 35e and go through multi hoops over the course of weeks to get reimbursed, It is a shame, there are so many of these untrustworthy "authenticated" sites.
