GBI purchased out door material for my… I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage.i was having issue while return but their company customer is great their help which is =eight four five 521 ₛₑᵥₑₙ ₜwₒ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC I SENT THIS GARBAGE PRODUCT TO THE COMPANY ON THE DATE 18-03-2021 I PURCHASED IS ON 18-12-2021 FABRIC FABRIC FABRIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBFirst Purchase Bad Experience This was my first and only purchase with Fabric.com . I found the exact same fabric priced significantly lower (less than half Fabric.com price) the next day. I contacted customer service who very curtly explained they did not price match and did not offer a small make good , coupon or discount Clearly, my business was not important to this company. I am returning the fabric and going else where. More because of attitude than price.....they also block negative reviews.

GBMy fabric go to store I love shopping for fabrics here. Their deals beat Joann's in a heartbeat and the price (fabric+shipping) altogether can't be beat. I have browsed their extensive fabric collection and have discovered fabrics I have never tried before suitable for dresses. I have always been impressed with the quality of the newly discovered fabrics. I love their percentage coupons applicable on every order. I believe their warehouse is in Georgia which is only 1 state away from where I am so my order gets to me quicker.

GBExcellent customer service! I recently made a purchase and didn't care for it. The photo online looked like a much smaller pattern. I asked to return the fabric and they refunded my money promptly.

GBCustomer Service Warning. 10/26/18 My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped. This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.
