3 orders in last 60 days all with… 3 orders in last 60 days all with issues, 1st-ordered fabric, took them 1 week to inform me error in stock- told I can reorder, ok, but wait the price has gone up.no thanks 2nd- ordered-received-but wait... missing 3-1/2 yard of fabric (main part of order) 3rd- my order has been ''processing'' for 7 days, I was told 4 days ago its shipping out today. can't wait to see what happens now, not looking good my fabric friends.

Good range, shady advertising, bad customer service. I like their fabrics, and that's it. They have more than once listed fabrics as in stock when they weren't. I'm shipping a small order, so they don't care, and they make that very clear when things go wrong. When I had to reorder a certain fabric because they were out of stock I had to pay shipping again, almost three times the price of the actual fabric. I explained to them that this was because of their mistake, and got a ten dollar discount. To offset a 32 dollar shipping fee. Calling them out on this got nothing. This is, of course, after around three weeks of very slow communication from them. Not recommended.

The security take us super … The security take us super aggressively out and they were nearly break my friend arm ,my face has been smashed by security and my Jaw bone has been smashed to floor. There were 14 security around us and we and none of others had any idea what is the reason to do this us. We are not racist or we have no any particular reason to have anything like that. But we feel like we been attacked and droppp all the way back to our feelings and treated as hell. Now I am at home and to be honest thinking what do I have done,as I am a community worker as well I do dwliver food for free for people who need. So I am trying my best but it looks like without any reason,you can be attacted. Not sure what is going on in london but this is definetely a bad example how to restart parties or whatever. A fabric they advertised as 'organic… A fabric they advertised as 'organic cotton' turned out to be more like %20-%30 polyester (felt super silky and melted from a flame). Took several phone calls and enduring of snark to be reimbursed. Will avoid this company in the future.

My fabric go to store I love shopping for fabrics here. Their deals beat Joann's in a heartbeat and the price (fabric+shipping) altogether can't be beat. I have browsed their extensive fabric collection and have discovered fabrics I have never tried before suitable for dresses. I have always been impressed with the quality of the newly discovered fabrics. I love their percentage coupons applicable on every order. I believe their warehouse is in Georgia which is only 1 state away from where I am so my order gets to me quicker.
