My fabric go to store I love shopping for fabrics here. Their deals beat Joann's in a heartbeat and the price (fabric+shipping) altogether can't be beat. I have browsed their extensive fabric collection and have discovered fabrics I have never tried before suitable for dresses. I have always been impressed with the quality of the newly discovered fabrics. I love their percentage coupons applicable on every order. I believe their warehouse is in Georgia which is only 1 state away from where I am so my order gets to me quicker.

I purchased out door material for my… I purchased out door material for my outdoor furniture. The material is not outdoor material as the material started getting moldy within six months. I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage. Horrible experience.

Excellent customer service! I recently made a purchase and didn't care for it. The photo online looked like a much smaller pattern. I asked to return the fabric and they refunded my money promptly.

FAKE item. Costly and long return process. Very disappointed. Item was fake - had no leather trimming and dodgy stitching. Went to Prada store to verify and they confirmed that the model was released in 2018 and should have saffiano leather trimming. Customer service defended the product however did not offer any insight on their "authentication" process or people and tried to make me feel like I'm crazy for trusting Prada. TBH it feels as if some kid or kids are running a flashy site selling to people that aren't as aware of how to spot fakes. I had to pay 15e to return the item and was not refunded my original 20e that I paid for shipping. They also initially "couldn't find my package" after I had sent it back with tracking- all very suspicious. In the end I was forced to pay 35e and go through multi hoops over the course of weeks to get reimbursed, It is a shame, there are so many of these untrustworthy "authenticated" sites.

Absolutely worst company I’ve dealt… Absolutely worst company I’ve dealt with. I asked for details of my order and said it’s been a week and all I got was “actually you made your order on the 5th so it’s not been a week” 🤬 how rude is that, and they still give me any details, I’ve spent £200 and now I’m worried I’m not going to get the items or my money back
