GBAbsolutely worst company I’ve dealt… Absolutely worst company I’ve dealt with. I asked for details of my order and said it’s been a week and all I got was “actually you made your order on the 5th so it’s not been a week” 🤬 how rude is that, and they still give me any details, I’ve spent £200 and now I’m worried I’m not going to get the items or my money back

GBExcellent customer service! I recently made a purchase and didn't care for it. The photo online looked like a much smaller pattern. I asked to return the fabric and they refunded my money promptly.

GBThe security take us super … The security take us super aggressively out and they were nearly break my friend arm ,my face has been smashed by security and my Jaw bone has been smashed to floor. There were 14 security around us and we and none of others had any idea what is the reason to do this us. We are not racist or we have no any particular reason to have anything like that. But we feel like we been attacked and droppp all the way back to our feelings and treated as hell. Now I am at home and to be honest thinking what do I have done,as I am a community worker as well I do dwliver food for free for people who need. So I am trying my best but it looks like without any reason,you can be attacted. Not sure what is going on in london but this is definetely a bad example how to restart parties or whatever. Here is a picture of the Manager of the security who were in charge and force us to delete all pictures and videos

GBCustomer Service Warning. 10/26/18 My only order though Fabric.com is not going well. Aside from being bombarded with daily unwanted email solicitations, 1. my order was never acknowledged, 2. My telephone inquiry was met with hostility, 3. I was sent directly to voice mail when I asked to speak to a supervisor 4. My added $40 payment for expedited delivery should arrive in 7 days. 5. Email remains unanswered after 3 days. 6. No tracking number though they say the order was shipped. This company leaves lots to be desired. It's not for me. I should have heeded the many review warnings.
