GBI ordered a “bolt” of white Kona brand… I ordered a “bolt” of white Kona brand cotton. Instead of arriving on a nice Kona labels bolt, it arrived flat and badly folded. In that condition it was utterly unusable, and I’m not even convinced it is really Kona brand.

GBGetting a Refund is a Total Mess I have no complaints about the fabric. My issue is with the company not refunding me on my returns. I have a small business and buy frequently from them. Sometimes I send fabric back. Refunds are supposed to be within 5-7 days, but I have been waiting 5-8 weeks. CS is nice and say they escalate my requests for refunds, but nothing ever happens. So I have lost the fabric, paid my credit card, and no refunds yet. Beware!

GBI've ordered a few times now from… I've ordered a few times now from fabric.com and I'm very happy with the items I've purchased. My orders are mostly for my home sewing and crafting needs and the fabrics are beautiful, high quality materials. Items arrived quickly and there's never been a mistake in the order. Their site is easy to navigate and lets you know if an item is not available. You can even leave your email to be notified when an item is available again. I'm very happy with fabric.com.

GBOrdered a yard...recieved 34" I have made several purchases from fabric.com and there is no consistency in how they cut the fabric. When I order a yard of fabric, I expect to receive one yard/36". Instead about half the fabric I've gotten has been cut on a diagonal that measures 36" on one edge and 34" on another, the the rest of the fabric only measure 34"!!! Such a waste of my money! I gave 2 stars because I actually love the fabric.

CAA fabric they advertised as 'organic… A fabric they advertised as 'organic cotton' turned out to be more like %20-%30 polyester (felt super silky and melted from a flame). Took several phone calls and enduring of snark to be reimbursed. Will avoid this company in the future.
