Excellent customer service! I recently made a purchase and didn't care for it. The photo online looked like a much smaller pattern. I asked to return the fabric and they refunded my money promptly.

A fabric they advertised as 'organic… A fabric they advertised as 'organic cotton' turned out to be more like %20-%30 polyester (felt super silky and melted from a flame). Took several phone calls and enduring of snark to be reimbursed. Will avoid this company in the future.

I had the previous fabric for 12 years and it never got moldy. It looked old that is why I replaced the fabric. I purchased 13 yards, paid to have the cushions re-upholstered. Cost of $1,000 that I basically through in the garbage. Horrible experience.

No product, no refund. I ordered 4 yards of material- the web site aid it was available and in stock. They charged my credit card, then told me my item was out of stock and that they were canceling the order. That was a week ago. No refund, no fabric, and their website shows the same 4 yards as “available “. I will never buy anything from them.
