Great staff and quality carpet The sales people at Anderson Carpet were so helpful. Purchasing a carpet is a big decision and they were patient and informative as I made my choice. The carpets I bought were excellent quality and the men who delivered them were wonderful. I bought my first carpets from Anderson 13 years ago. This summer I needed some additional carpets. I have looked around at other stores, but have always bought from Anderson in the end and have always been happy with my purchases.

I had a previous excellent experience… I had a previous excellent experience with Anderson Carpet but Chris and Bill hit it out of the park! I made a measurement mistake and when they arrived to lay the carpet it was too big by several feet. Without a complaint they took it back to the warehouse, recut it, rebound it and gave me rebound extra pieces. They were actually cheerful!!!! Made my day!! They are the best.

Not the best experience... While some tried to make the problems right, one employee in particular (and he knows who he is) had an attitude that bordered on rude while working in my home trying to correct the issues. We should not have had to deal with that.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Learned of a product that was better suited for my home than the original product I was considering thanks to Ashley's knowledge and presentation in the store. Installation was meticulous and follow up to make sure I was totally pleased with my purchase was outstanding. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my flooring needs. Great install with a few caveats Anderson did a large install of carpet and wood flooring...the installation was great and they went above and beyond, but there were a few follow up items that needed attention. They took care of everything in the long run...I would have given five stars if these things - furniture removal and replacement, job cleanup, vents not cut to fit vent covers - had been taken care of without my asking and following up. I will continue to do business with them but will be very clear about my expectations.
