Great staff and quality carpet The sales people at Anderson Carpet were so helpful. Purchasing a carpet is a big decision and they were patient and informative as I made my choice. The carpets I bought were excellent quality and the men who delivered them were wonderful. I bought my first carpets from Anderson 13 years ago. This summer I needed some additional carpets. I have looked around at other stores, but have always bought from Anderson in the end and have always been happy with my purchases.

Not Very Happy If you purchase from Anderson and hire them to install, installation was ok. If you purchase from Anderson, hire their installer, independently, they will not take responsibility for a defect in the carpeting AND they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. So I'm stuck with dye stains on my carpeting, and all they do is refer me to the manufacturer. What is even more absurd is that I initially told them I would hire an installer, he informed me that he couldn't do the job, so I called Anderson and asked them to install, but they consider this "hiring my own installer." I would purchase elsewhere.

Great selection and customer service from salesroom through installation. First the selection of flooring is excellent. This is a family owned business and the customer service was excellent. We took the carpet board samples home to help us make our selection. We originally wanted to put a sisal runner on the stairs but as no manufacturer would oblige, Dawn helped us find a suitable replacement that had a similair "coastal look". We love the new runner. The installer, who has worked for the company for 10+ years, clearly was happy with his job and the owners. He did a wonderful job, managing to complete the installation in spite of a slight yardage shortage and in a timely manner. I will definitely use Anderson Carpet One Floor & Home for my future flooring needs.

Choose Anderson! Great selection of carpet to meet any budget The staff was very knowlegdable and professional from start to finish. They worked with our schedule for the installation. Installers cleaned up after themselves very well and we got a call the day of installation asking if we were satisfied. Great experience and we are already planning on going back! Thank you!

Anderson product knowledge Salesperson was pleasant but lacking in product knowledge. She recommended Cortec flooring for our new 3-season room. Our order was placed and the flooring was delivered on time. Upon reading the care sheet, we learned that the flooring should not be exposed to temperatures below 32 degrees. Because our contractor was doing the installation, it was not returnable. How much fault should we share for having trusted the salesperson?
