It does work well It does work well, but one bag does not last a month not with multiple cats two bags didn’t last a month but it does work well except for once the urine gets too much it doesn’t work as good as it does When you first use it

We love this litter We love this litter, my home smelled better, my cat was happier, we were happier because he wasn't tracking dust and litter through my house. The color chart is easy to understand, and I felt safe with the knowledge that he was healthy. If my boy wasn't now trained to use the toilet, I would still use pretty litter!! 100% recommend!!

Fraudulent company does not honor 30 day guarantee I had the displeasure of talking to June via email from 8:30am-5:00pm going back and for of me asking over 5 times to cancel my subscription and refund me 2373623 was open but ignored and I just got the bag Friday and today is Sunday. This was the clumping version that wasn’t available in any of the stores so I responded to their ad. I was locked out of my account so I couldn’t cancel my subscription and June refused to both cancel my subscription and refund me. I warn anyone to look at their pages and pages of complaints on BBB and not deal with the company. The clumping version is horrible and didn’t even work one whole day and therefore impossible to last 30 day**** the order number is 13321414 and today is 4/15/24 and I was able to call in and allegedly, my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded. The issue was with customer service rep June who ignored my request to cancel subscription ( even asking 5 times) and receive a refund due to the poor experience with the litter. I will purchase the Lotus Flower one locally from now on
