GBWonderful experience When ordering a litter picker it was easy to find what I needed and to check out. After a couple of days due to the holidays I was emailed to say that my order was in stock and will arrive within 5 business days, it came the day after the email in excellent condition with everything i ordered. Excellent service thank you HHE.

GBA good service and quality products A good service and quality products. The only thing I would say for the company to review, is to automatically send out the tracking information. Because they didn't, I sadly missed the delivery and had to collect it from my nearest post office a couple of days later. That's ok, but my PO is over 7 miles away, hence the delivery! Other than that, I would certainly recommend the company, thank you. Paul in North Devon

GBBuy the Best I bought the heavy duty litter picker - my second ,as a spare - these are excellent -I find this is better value than the Trigger claw type picker as the cable / string tends to break after prolonged heavy use. The heavy duty version easily picks up heavier items such as full bottles, nitrous oxide canisters, plates etc and I have only just had to replace the rubber paws after 3 years of constant use .

GBFolding litter picker delivered unfolded in large box. Ordered a litter picker. Great quality, quick delivery. But, as always, they charge a fair amount of postage (£6) and send it in a very long box. Which is surprising, as it's a folding litter picker, which could easily fit in much shorter box, half the length, which would save in packaging and hopefully postage charges. Which is why I knocked a star off, as it feels like I'm paying more so the company doesn't have to adjust its packaging or postage calculation to fit the product.

GBHelping Hand Environmental All litter pickers from "Helping Hand Environmental" have been great, although the strings on some of the older models aren't as robust. The newer gel handles are a big improvement.... Providing more information on the best ways to use them, and alternative ways to use them like tipping / emptying ashtrays inside some Council pavement bins (etc) would be helpful.
