They are strong, durable, and make our job so much easier as we know they will help us to get hold of and keep hold of even the hardest to grab scraps of litter. Delivery is quick and packaging is great too. Fab service and we always recommend to anyone who asks us where to get kit from.

Bought a folding litter picker and foam… Bought a folding litter picker and foam hoop for helping to keep open a litter bag. Both items look sturdy, and the hoop is lightweight but so useful! Company sent item when expected, and e-mailed me to tell me what day they would expect me to receive the items, which was correct. Good items, good communication, would recommend both.

A good service and quality products A good service and quality products. The only thing I would say for the company to review, is to automatically send out the tracking information. Because they didn't, I sadly missed the delivery and had to collect it from my nearest post office a couple of days later. That's ok, but my PO is over 7 miles away, hence the delivery! We ordered some replacement tips for… We ordered some replacement tips for the Helping Hand litter pickers. I thought the replacements to be priced correctly, and the lead time quite acceptable. The whole thing just made good sense.

Folding litter picker delivered unfolded in large box. Ordered a litter picker. Great quality, quick delivery. But, as always, they charge a fair amount of postage (£6) and send it in a very long box. Which is surprising, as it's a folding litter picker, which could easily fit in much shorter box, half the length, which would save in packaging and hopefully postage charges. Which is why I knocked a star off, as it feels like I'm paying more so the company doesn't have to adjust its packaging or postage calculation to fit the product.
