The tool arrived on time however once… The tool arrived on time however once I put the grabber in its correct position I.e. turn it. The jaws would not re open very well.i ended up using wd 40. So I have to question was it fit for purpose?

Litter Picker Ordered a litter picker device as one that we had from another very well known on-line retailer was cheap and nasty and did not work properly. We already had one from hhenvironmental (under the name Helping Hands) and this is perfect for our needs. Quick delivery, good service and they kept us informed.

Wonderful experience When ordering a litter picker it was easy to find what I needed and to check out. After a couple of days due to the holidays I was emailed to say that my order was in stock and will arrive within 5 business days, it came the day after the email in excellent condition with everything i ordered. Folding litter picker delivered unfolded in large box. Ordered a litter picker. Great quality, quick delivery. But, as always, they charge a fair amount of postage (£6) and send it in a very long box. Which is surprising, as it's a folding litter picker, which could easily fit in much shorter box, half the length, which would save in packaging and hopefully postage charges. Which is why I knocked a star off, as it feels like I'm paying more so the company doesn't have to adjust its packaging or postage calculation to fit the product.
