My order came earlier than I expected… My order came earlier than I expected and is in great shape! It was a bit bigger than I remembered it being but that's great! I'm using it to take my laundry to the laundromat and it will fit all my laundry in it. I have to take a bus there and trying to use a basket is too difficult for me to get on the bus with. Super helpful! Great service! Ordered a traditional Army duffel bag, but then saw the USGI "improved" duffel. Called and Smith's immediately canceled my existing order and helped me order the newer version. Gave me excellent, detailed guidance on "good" vs. "excellent" condition (i.e., will the "good" condition duffel be good enough to get my kid to college on the other side of the country.) In fact, "good" was great--arrived promptly and was even better quality than described. Great service, great quality, great condition. Would buy from them again.

Overused dirty seabag Delivery 2 days late, but bigger problem item (sea bag) I ordered two, one is way overused ! I understand you’re selling second hand stuff but dirty damaged (repaired) item was a problem for me.
