GBI don’t like being deceived I don’t like being deceived. I was on what I thought was the REAL Margaritaville RV Resort website. Once I clicked the “reserve” button and saw that the confirmation came from BookOutdoors, I knew I had been had. Once burnt, lesson learnt. Shameful business practices. It cost me $25 to cancel. Buyer beware.

GBReally useful and practical site. Really useful and practical site and we were easily able to find exactly where we needed to stay, book and pay online. I really like working through BookOutdoors and will certainly use the site in the future. Strongly recommended.

GBGreat service Great service! There was a pricing error on the bookoutdoors website. When I received the confirmation from the actual campground, it was 3x what I had paid through bookoutdoors! But they sent me an email explaining there was a pricing error on the website, and bookoutdoors had covered the rest (paying the other 2x).

GBEasy site and friendly staff Easy to navigate site and was able to find some great camping spots for now and future visits. Had to make a change to a reservation and the customer service team was friendly and quick to respond to my needs. Bookmarked site to use again soon!
