Anyone that's tried booking campgrounds knows how old and difficult the campground sites and booking processes are. Bookoutdoors made it super easy to find and book the perfect campground. And great customer service as well. 5 solid stars from me.

GBgood customer service & fast help we booked and then the next day the site told us it wasn’t available. we had to rebook and wait for a refund so that was inconvenient but the CEO personally helped us get it fixed and that was very appreciated. we still got a different type of spot that would work for us.

GBAmazing Stay, Even Better Booking Experience! Awesome stay and even more awesome booking experience! We found a beautiful, quiet campsite in the mountains and were able to choose among several dates that worked for us. Soooo much easier than using a state reservations system or having to call a site/operator that never answers. We can't wait to do it again soon!

GBFree Weather Insurance for Outdoor Travel We just booked our first reservation for an upcoming trip in April which comes with free weather protection. We’re happy with the process so far. From what we looked up this site looks to be the same price or cheaper than trying to book direct.

GBI don’t like being deceived I don’t like being deceived. I was on what I thought was the REAL Margaritaville RV Resort website. Once I clicked the “reserve” button and saw that the confirmation came from BookOutdoors, I knew I had been had. Once burnt, lesson learnt. Shameful business practices. It cost me $25 to cancel. Buyer beware.
