USI don’t like being deceived I don’t like being deceived. I was on what I thought was the REAL Margaritaville RV Resort website. Once I clicked the “reserve” button and saw that the confirmation came from BookOutdoors, I knew I had been had. Once burnt, lesson learnt. Shameful business practices. It cost me $25 to cancel. Buyer beware.

USGreat service Great service! There was a pricing error on the bookoutdoors website. When I received the confirmation from the actual campground, it was 3x what I had paid through bookoutdoors! But they sent me an email explaining there was a pricing error on the website, and bookoutdoors had covered the rest (paying the other 2x).

USFirst time I've used Bookoutdoors.com First time I've used Bookoutdoors.com and the experience was satisfying. They kept me informed though the whole process of booking a reservation. They answered my questions in a timely matter. They also clear up some confusion on an address that I had.
