GBGreat service Great service! There was a pricing error on the bookoutdoors website. When I received the confirmation from the actual campground, it was 3x what I had paid through bookoutdoors! But they sent me an email explaining there was a pricing error on the website, and bookoutdoors had covered the rest (paying the other 2x).

GBBooking Restriction The site let me book 2 nights even though there was a 3 night minimum which wasn’t listed. It was cancelled & I booked 3 nights. I didn’t see a place for the Good Sam discount either. The CEO emailed me concerned about this & offered to credit me the 10% discount too. I consider this excellent customer service. Thanks
