Great Customer Service for a relatively minor Warranty Service My most recent experience was a is a warranty replacement so not the original purchase. However, both were handled efficiently, smoothly and easy. SylvanSport supports their customers and does their best to treat them fairly and with respect. Even though the issue was minor, SylvanSport offered to totally replace the product. Hopefully they'll be able to repair it and put it back out into the world for someone to enjoy.

I am fortunate to live near Brevard I am fortunate to live near Brevard. Buying my Go at the source was great!. The sales staff answered all of my questions and walking me through an actual set up and breakdown was an invaluable experience.

Amazing little trailer I love the trailer. It tows well, backs quite well for novice drivers, hooks up and unfolds quickly, and is wonderfully maneuverable by hand, even loaded with kayaks. My only frustration was that, based on some of the website pictures, we understood the trailer would have square loading bars and bought over $500 in used racks and cradles that couldn’t be returned or easily adapted to the oval bars, so we ended up with the additional expense of new racks. Other than that, the trailer has been lovely, and we expect years of use from it.

Very impressed with quality I watched a lot of videos before driving from Jacksonville, FL to Brevard, NC to actually see the Go camper.. Loved the demo and, obviously, the quality of the product, as we bought it within an hour and a half. Trailered it home behind my Subaru Outback and it is in our garage. I would suggest that the salesman give their customer their card with their designated telephone number and email address so if any questions arise after they drive off the lot they can get a quick answer

Tough gear, great shopping Last night of camping saw 80 to 90 mph winds. Trailer hardly wiggled, the GoZebo got tossed about with only one pole getting kinked, all others stayed normal, popup kitchen canopy pretty much destroyed. Tough stuff. Purchasing new poles was simple. Only glitch was the chatbot having trouble understanding the issue. Everything else was great.
