Sylvan Sport believes in great customer service and provides great customer technical support. This company honored their warranties and replaced our tent at no charge. Customer good will and satisfaction is definitely important to this company. Lastly I love going on a camping trip and getting so many positive comments on how cool our camper is!

Happy Campers! The double sleeping bag has enough room for the two of us to either sleep together or separately, and there’s enough room for our medium sized dog to snuggle in with us. We like all of the different ways you can easily adjust the coverage based on your temperature needs. My husband is difficult to please, and he did not initially think this sleeping bag was right for us. I went ahead and tried it anyway and I’m glad I did because he gives this sleeping bag the highest possible rating

Very impressed with quality I watched a lot of videos before driving from Jacksonville, FL to Brevard, NC to actually see the Go camper.. Loved the demo and, obviously, the quality of the product, as we bought it within an hour and a half. Trailered it home behind my Subaru Outback and it is in our garage. I would suggest that the salesman give their customer their card with their designated telephone number and email address so if any questions arise after they drive off the lot they can get a quick answer
