Have rented RVs here in the past yes Have rented RVs here in the past. Have gotten 32 foot and 33 foot RVs. Have had good communication between RVshare and RV owner. Had a bit of a problem with my email but Cody,the IT manager resolved it. Would recommend RVshare as a place to rent RVs. Rented in Sept/Oct 2023 and have trip planned May 2024.

Primary driver issue I was able to resolve a tricky issue with the wonderful help from Eden R! The fact was, I named my husband as the primary driver, but in fact my name should have been listed as the primary driver being that it is my name and not my husbands on the RVshare account. Eden is going reverse the primary and additional drivers names making the correction for me. Eden was very patient with me, walking me through what he needed me to do in order keep the camper we rented. Now we can look forward to a fun camping trip with our family. Debbie B

Their chat help team is great! I had an issue with my RV Share account. I contacted their rep via chat and got Andie on the other end. They were able to quickly help me fix my account all the while explaining the process and not getting frustrated with all my questions.

I have rented my RV on RVshare for… I have rented my RV on RVshare for years. Not happy with changes that the company is making because they don’t protect the renter. Renting an RV is a lot of work and takes a lot of time keeping your rig road ready. They have a very strict cancelation policy and they have loop holes that allow renters to bypass the cancelation policy and that puts RV owners in a bad spot. I live in the mountains and have to setup my RV prior to renter and tear it down and not store anything in it during downtime. With this policy loop hole I have lost out on lots of my time when they fail to verify insurance till the last minute. This loop hole should be closed so that Rv owners time are protected. I have delisted by RV with them and will be using other sites. I enjoy renting my RV allowing others to experience RV life and meeting new people. It’s unfortunate that it has come to this.
