Julie at RVShare got me a refund… Julie at RVShare got me a refund promised by owner Brittany LeCun after she failed to initiate the refund and could not be contacted by RVShare after repeated attempts. Julie is my hero.

I contacted support regarding a last… I contacted support regarding a last minute question and spoke to an agent named Hall. He was by far the most knowlegeable and five star agent I have spoken to at RV Share so far. He stands behind his company mission statement and supports his brand well. He believes in the mission of customer service, which in today's world is something very difficult to find. Having a dedicated customer service team is one of the top priorties to allow for customer retention so RV share please give Hall a top tier award for his astound services.

Zero satisfaction after two tries to rent an RV Two reservations...both denied simply because the owners did not respond. Ridiculous service. My requests were for months out, only me as the occupant of the trailer, I'm experienced towing trailers and provided all of the necessary information. The RV owners need to be involved in the process. Peer to peer, is just that. The fact is that with RVShare's model, those offering their RVs, don't have any skin in the game. They suffer no repercussions from simply not responding. A terrible service, if you ask me. Example VRBO; the owner MUST respond directly to those inquiring either pro or con.

I have rented my RV on RVshare for… I have rented my RV on RVshare for years. Not happy with changes that the company is making because they don’t protect the renter. Renting an RV is a lot of work and takes a lot of time keeping your rig road ready. They have a very strict cancelation policy and they have loop holes that allow renters to bypass the cancelation policy and that puts RV owners in a bad spot. I live in the mountains and have to setup my RV prior to renter and tear it down and not store anything in it during downtime. With this policy loop hole I have lost out on lots of my time when they fail to verify insurance till the last minute. This loop hole should be closed so that Rv owners time are protected. I have delisted by RV with them and will be using other sites. I enjoy renting my RV allowing others to experience RV life and meeting new people. It’s unfortunate that it has come to this.

The worst company to rent from The worst company to rent from. Whatever the RV owner charges, RV Share doubles it by tacking on fees and unnecessary costs. Other sites do the same but a lot less. If you rent from the website, try contacting the owner directly to get a way better deal.
