Very easy to find an RV and complete the booking process Very easy to find what we were looking for. The owners we talked to were very timely and helpful answering our questions. We unfortunately had to cancel our trip, but the cancelation was very easy and although there was a small fee for cancelation, it was reasonable and clearly spelled out in their FAQs. I would recommend to friends and family in the future.

5 stars for the time being For the time being, I'm rating it 5 stars. Every time I needed to learn how to do something the online chat was available and knowledgeable. I've been on for a few weeks and I think I have everything set to go. I haven't had a reservation yet but it's still early and not quite into the camping season in my area. I'll update as I see how well the site works at renting my Travel trailer.

Their chat help team is great! I had an issue with my RV Share account. I contacted their rep via chat and got Andie on the other end. They were able to quickly help me fix my account all the while explaining the process and not getting frustrated with all my questions.
