Satisfied in every way! I am so happy to be able to write a review for Outdoorsiness! Everything about your company and your product was perfect. I needed 6 pool chairs for my son's wedding on June 12th. I started looking to order them about 3 months ahead of time, but soon realized that every company was back logged due to COVID, except Outdoorsiness. I loved the fact that I could actually call your company and talk to someone about my order. I spoke a real live person, who assured me that the company could have them manufactured and delivered by the first week in June. They did indeed come in time! They were extremely well packed and covered in blister pack wrapping for protection. The light blue mesh color with white trim looks fantastic next to the pool and completed the decor for my son's outdoor wedding. The chairs are very sturdy and extremely well made. Everything was as expected Everything was as expected, there were a couple of things that I would have preferred, another board for the top so they could be closer together and the screws that were for the top boards were a little too long, if you didn't have enough angle on them, they would come out the top. Otherwise they turned out great.

Bait & Switch? I ordered the Moon Valley Rutic Tete-a-Tete Yard Swing from Outdoorsiness which was listed for $657. One week later, after not receiving an order confirmation, I contacted Outdoorsiness via Live Chat and was notified that my order was cancelled because I did not confirm a shipping date. The representative claimed that they attempted to contact me via email which surprised me as I am diligent in checking my email. I then verified that they had my correct email address which they did. When I requested that my order be reinstated I was told that I would have to place a new order, oh and by the way, the price has since gone up to $819.99, an increase of $162.99. I have since ordered a swing from another company which appears to be more trustworthy and so far communication with them has been positive.
