Bait & Switch? I ordered the Moon Valley Rutic Tete-a-Tete Yard Swing from Outdoorsiness which was listed for $657. One week later, after not receiving an order confirmation, I contacted Outdoorsiness via Live Chat and was notified that my order was cancelled because I did not confirm a shipping date. The representative claimed that they attempted to contact me via email which surprised me as I am diligent in checking my email. I then verified that they had my correct email address which they did. When I requested that my order be reinstated I was told that I would have to place a new order, oh and by the way, the price has since gone up to $819.99, an increase of $162.99. I have since ordered a swing from another company which appears to be more trustworthy and so far communication with them has been positive.

Great prices and customer service Great prices and customer service. Explained up front that product was on back order with an extensive lead time but managed to ship product in a very timely manner. Great job, thanks
